He almost let his matrix drop just to check, but decided not to, she might notice, even in this... odd state. He sniffed the air, looked at the tree, then turned to the two faes. "Well, where do you want to look next?"

"Ou-" Erika starts, but shakes her head to stop speaking. She wanted her mom to be as happy as she could be. The puppy wagged her tail widely, reaching up and licking her chin. Tempest smiled with a sigh and moved to sit down beside her. "Mommy is happy now?" Erika asked with a big smile. "We like it when mom is happy, hm Erika?" The puppy nodded wildly and scooted closer to her. Tempest looked up suddenly, pulling his head up as he tried to see what had jumped onto his face. "Wha-Well who are you?" He asked, smiling up at the squirrel.

The squirrel's heart went beating widely, and he stood quietly unable to move. The owl sat there staring at him with an annoyed countenance. "You don't speak, do you?" He asked before his golden eyes flashed a moment and a strange feeling welled up in his throat. "Go ahead, what do you want?"

"I want to know about the dark tree." Kirk covered his mouth with his little paws, the sound that had come from his mouth surprised him immensely. It had been a thought, only out loud! The owl watched him in amusement, but said nothing as he stood there waiting. "The dark tree? Why?" He asked, still watching the squirrel who was looking like he'd rather be eaten then speak again. "The wolves need help." The owl considered this for a moment before opening his wings wide and starting off, grabbing onto the squirrel with his talons and flying through the trees with a shrieking squirrel.

Chishi chattered at Tempest, frowning when she couldn't tell him her name. But wait! She would do what she had seen the human pups doing while she was in a park somewhere.She nearly face palmed for not doing it before. She leaped off his head, bounced off the black winged big monster and rolled into the dirt she had wanted to be in. She stood, shook her black fur out and went over to get a stick.


Schattenmoor watched this procession with curious eyes. "Wonder what she is doing," She said.
