I was thinking (so far) of play two characters to start out. One is named Emerald and the other is Easton. Emerald is a tan teenaged female with, short, green hair and Easton is a human but has the power to shape-shift into a Panda and maybe can manipulate water a bit? He is a character who's like, learning how to use his abilities and very much is the "needs help and training but wants to do it himself" type if you know what I mean haha xD

Thats all I got so far but I'd love to hear any input and stuff xD

I do believe characters are meant to be fully animal, or anthropomorphic animals.

You could probably turn Posiana or Zurteca into an anthro, but honestly a new OC might be better.

Are we supposed to make forms for our characters?

Not necessarily. Just a description before we start RP. Pictures aren't required, just recommended. If you can do a good job at describing your character with just words, then that's good enough.
Like just describe it in this forum.
I wanna put pictures of my OCs but, I understand that not everyone has art of theirs
