I agree about the one word thing, though...it doesn't really help. Two sentences help me usually, but then I end up only writing two sentences if the other person does, so maybe we should do more than two sentences...idk.

I normally end up “matching” my amount of typing to the other person. so 2-3 sentences is totally cool with me. i might do a little more than that sometimes because of details but we can just see how it goes

Tropic gets really busy, I think I may have already said that. They seem to disappear for a bit, but they always end up coming back and I'll find a PM in my inbox from them whenever they come back and then they'll post on RPs to apologize too, so I just tell them it's fine (because I'm not bothered by it. I understand getting busy, I work only one day a week but it's an hour and a half job and I have to get up at 2 pm to do all my stuff even though I don't leave til 3:40. Anyway! I also used to go to church, and we'd do mission trips so...didn't really get on CS at all when my dad brother and I would be out on mission trips.]

That's ok. We don't need to wait for them once we start the roleplay, I just want to start it with everyone so we can all be on the same page. So when Tropic, or anyone else that joined, is busy, we can still continue the roleplay (just the two of us, or anyone else that's available) but, when they're free, their character can text one of ours in the RP and come hangout. I totally understand being busy from exams, work, or even just taking a mental health day
