*Bittersweet left the kits to their demise and shook off ash from her pelt, her pelt poofed up immediately, and she looked like a ball full of fur. She walked out of the medicine den quietly, only to hear the loud call of vinestar. Though she wanted to come to her, she went to check up on her friend, first. She delicately dropped the herbs at his shoulder and flicked ash off his back* "Eat these, they'll help you with your breathing." *She watched as Honeyglow dawned out of the medicine den, and strewn towards the leader's oak tree*

~ Beepaw ~ OPEN

*Beepaw had been fixing the camp walls with half-charred brambles. She looked behind her and hopped off the top of camp and ran to the oak tree and sat beside Mushroomclaw

~ Droopingrose ~ OPEN

*Droopingrose watched Fallenrains glumly and slowly walked towards the oak tree, sitting next to Pumpkinstrike*

~ FLutteringaze ~ OPEN

*Flutteringaze entered camp, she was so excited to spread rumors all over her clan about her sister*

*Prickles nodded* "Its a good luck charm. I do that with every guest."

"He was calling for you. " says the she-cat sweetly to BitterSweet, her eyes glowing with affection. The cat smiles and then darts out of the den to find someway to help. After all, she lives here... and VineStar... well, she's not the friendliest. She is quickly at the nursery, using delicate paws to put the brambles in place...

He's tired, but not in the way he's come to expect and become familiar with. This is just tired-tired. When his apprentice gives him herbs he swallows them quickly, never having liked the flavors. "Can you.. please treat my burns?"

Well, other cats burns, he's just wearing them.

He is waiting for them to be alone.. he needs to talk with her. "I'm sorry. " is said, "it got away from me.. and I think I've paid for it." Is said after HavocKit springs up and darts from the den. "Shoulda listened, but I don't - erm, didn't, know how I could let the kits die. Or my friends."

He doesn't feel that familiar tug...

The medicine cat blinks at MistStrike. Would she hate him now too? Now that he... isn't useful? Grief wells in his hearts, in his eyes, and the tomcat exhales shakily. "I'm stepping down as Medicine cat; I'm going to tell VineStar in two suns. " nomatter the consequences, because he's good with herbs but BitterSweet is BETTER. "I will be holding your ceremony before I do so." He coughs again, "I can no longer serve this clan in... in... in the way I used to. Its.It's.. it's killing me. You both, MistStrike and you, BitterSweet, have told me to take care of myself.. well, im going to try to."

Im too tired.

*Bittersweet watches Honeyglow before she quickly looked away, she silently listened to Fallenrains, her ears flattening. She suddenly grabbed Fallenrains by the arm and dragged him outside, into the charred maple trees. She stopped, and sat down, sighing* "Fallenrains.. I'm not telling you to become the medicine cat again.. I'm telling you to become the leader of Equanamityclan. Though you are tired, though you don't think you can do it, I know. you can. We are getting you out of this clan now." "Any time you want to come back to see the cats you love, I'll make sure it's safe to do so. Follow me, I know where the clan will be held." *She began to walk slowly, before looking back, waiting for the tom*

She's dragging him out of the medicine cat den, out through the forest and he hurts . He's half gasping for air by the time she stops, coughing up soot - but he doesn't complain. He deserves This.

It takes a few minutes for the silver cat to get his breath back but when he does he slowly straightens, then sits infront of this burnt up tree beside his friend. She wants him to be the leader? "I.. i..I... id be honored." Is said with wide eyes and then BitterSweet is moving again and he starts walking after her. They're all alone at this point and he let's his pain show in his posture - because why not be real with his friend?

She loves, or at least cares, for him, right?

FallenRains plods along, thinking about what she's said. "You... really think... I should be... leader?" Is asked. Then he blinks; he could make sure Equanimity is BETTER, safer, happier, kinder, more loving!! "I'm honored." Is rasped, finally. "I will do my best... but... does StarClan agree?"

The leaders glare seemed to sharpen as she noticed so many cats refusing to meet her ears flat on her head, "MushroomClaw why don't you help Honeyglow with repairing the covers over the den entrances. FlutteringGaze and PumpkinStrike you can go out hunting as the clan will need more sustenance, take Beepaw with you! DroopingRose take your depressed fur brained self and choose 1 other cat to start gathering materials to fix the den entrances! Be sure they make it to MushroomClaw and HoneyGlow! Bitterpaw you should be putting the clan first! You can go out and make sure RoseThorn and whoever else is missing returns! FallenRains and MelodyShadow can deal with medicine cat stuff as it's their job! All The Kits can help with Den repairs just stay out of the way of the older cats!" the hissed out. Once she sent out the orders she noticed the lack of JaggedFangs presence causing the she-cat more frustration her tail lashing as she padded off towards the camp entrance her green eyes set on the entrance as she padded at a slow pace.

Havockit looked around their mothers words had fallen on deaf ears as they'd been zoned out. Confused they looked for a cat to help them figure out what was going on.

MurshroomClaw padded towards HoneyGlow without a sound he stopped behind her, "I don't think Vine'Star would like that... We need fresh brambled" the handsome tom mewed blandly his amber eyes burning into the back of his leaders head she left camp.

Female/warrior/25/Crush: Open/FlutteringGaze
The pretty chimera padded towards FlutteringGaze her pawsteps light on the ground, "Come on! We should get going... Vine's right the clan needs to be fed!" she mewed with an awkward smile unaware that she'd had only used the leaders prefix.

The small Mimic was now happily skipping along her gray eyes looking up at the sky.

Fennec Had been laying around today her orange pelt well groomed as she sat in the abandoned barns entrance her gaze lazily watching her surroundings.

The she-cat looks to MushroomClaw, her eyes flooding with emotion. "Of course, thank you MushroomClaw. " Is answered by the young she-cat, having no luck on hiding her pleasure and glee that she get to work with the handsome tomcat. Since apprenticeship she had had the biggest crush on him... "we have to help get some of the materials, but then we can put the clans camp back together. " Why is VineStar being so rude? So mean? It was their Leader who should be serving the clan after she'd run away! After VineStar ABANDONED her clan to the fire! Left her own kits to burn up or smother in the flames and smoke! How dare VineStar show her face around here after ditching the clan? How dare she come back after parading about with that creepy loner??

And can't, or didn't, her so-called leader see that FallenRains is almost dead?! Actually dead on his feet from exhaustion. Almost dead from HEALING the clan of the smoke inhalation, and burns with his gift that she KNOWS no-one had known about until the fire began and hed just... just healed EVERYONE... noone had known what he could do, except for maybe Bitterpaw and MistStrike, and maybe DroopingRose and HavocKit... but certainly not a majority of the Clan! Everyone had LOOKED surprised, confused....

Not even VINESTAR had known! (Right?)

So why is that cat in a position of power abusing her power, neglecting those she's supposed to love, causing suffering because of her orders? Doesn't she have a brain, or is it the size starclan gave a mouse? Anger clouds her face, wishing she had toxic claws or poisoned fur, or some magic that could kill that cat once and for all. (She blinks, surprised at herself as she isn't usually a violent cat, mentally shakes the thoughts away. Shed never act on them. ) A steadying breath is taken, "DroopingRose, would you please help us get materials?" She asks the typically sad-looking cat who she hopes to be friends with. "And CherryDusk? Please?" Is asked kindly, turning her back on VineStar.

Their leader could go to the Dark Forest for all she cares! Some leader VineStar is, standing around giving orders when her clanmates had been left to die in the flames and ash and smoke if it hasn't been for the silver medicine cat and his apprentice. Disgust flickers in her heterochromia eyes, she half pins her ears and looks away from the three cats she'd been speaking to, trying to get rid of the anger she's feeling. The betrayal she's feeling thats echoed on her clanmates' faces - she immediately starts walking from camp without their response because they'd either help her or they wouldn't. But suddenly the warrior stops, eyes wide, mouth dropping open -

Surprise grows on her face as Bitterpaw drags FallenRains out of camp. "Oh NO," is choked out by the black and gold she-cat, eyes welling with tears, "Hes... he's dead!!!" (Because he looks it, limp and not moving as he is; as his apprentice takes him from the camp, probably to where the dead are burried. Surely there wouldn't be time to have a vigil for the silver cat, because of the camp needing to be fixed, and everyone in shock because of the fire and almost dying. )

FallenRains is Dead. Why?? Why did he die? Everyone else got to live because of him! He fixed everyone! Why not him too?!

*Bittersweet only showed half of her face, her eyes glittered* "Yes, I do. In fact, when we get enough clan members, we'll show Nettleclan who is boss!" *She looked happier, sprawling throughout the charred maple trees. She stood beside the old maple trees with crosses in them and crossed out Pumpkinstrike and Rosethorn. But she checked Mushroomclaw, with half a cross in it, and Honeyglow* "We're here! She ran towards the barn at full speed, her limbs hurt, and her throat felt full of ash. But then she began to slowly stop* "What should I tell the clan..? That you died..?" *She looked back, tension crawling in her fur*

~ Droopingrose ~ BEEPAW, PUMPKINSTRIKE

*Droopingrose flinched fromVinestar's rude comments and got up, angry, and disheartened*
Okay.. Come on, Pumpkinstrike, come on... Beepaw.."

~ Beepaw ~ PUMPKINSTRIKE, DROOPINGROSE

"Beepaw perked up as she heard her name, and ran beside Pumpkinstrike and Droopingrose, smiling*

~ Crumpet ~ OPEN

*Crumpet began to clean the graveyard, brushing away ash. He then began to slowly but surly, push the logs out of the clearing* "There.. all clean."

~ Prickles ~ ROSETHORN, FALLENRAINS, BITTERSWEET

*Prickles watched the two cats Bittersweet and Fallenrains, and slunk farther into his den, terrified* Was Rosethorn lying..? is she going to hurt me..?

~ Flutteringaze ~ VINESTAR

"Wait, Vinestar!" *She ran to her side, smiling* "You know.. that Jaggedfang is such a pain in the tail, he does nothing but sit around and act like a corpse. Why don't you just make someone else deputy? Maybe like me.. perhaps? I mean, I'd be at your side at ALL times, it'd be fun!"

Hey! Jaggedfang, we all love you, but I was wondering if he could get demoted. he never roleplays nor is he ever on. I'd like someone else to be promoted to deputy please because this is really annoying me. Deeply sorry Jaggedfang! And if you want to demote Jaggedfang, maybe you'd make Crumpet the deputy? (Even if he's not a clan cat?)

I was also wondering if we could do a Pumpkinstrike x Droopingrose unless Pumpkinstrike is still sad about Vinestar. I just feel as if both the characters don't exactly do much.
