Darcia padded into the camp and headed over to the middle. He looked around, making sure there were valid opinioned wolves in camp, including the two wolves who this meeting would need. The alpha raised his head and let out a loud howl, to grab the attention he needed. Bringing his head down swiftly, he announced," I will need the pack to join me where I stand. and bring your boldness as well". Darcia waited a moment before continuing, "We, Dusk Pack, have been faced with difficult times. Times of distrust, times of confusion,.. resentment. What had happened at the borders recently, with our wolves being attacked, and then our own family attacking each other is unacceptable. Without trust, compassion, this pack cannot go on. Blaze, our lead warrior. Risen, our significant Delta, please come and face each other, and me as your family witnesses you right now. "

Bulk

Bulk came out of the shadows of camp, and approached the middle of camp where the Alpha was making announcements. He grew anxious with the energy that was coming from the Alpha. He sat down and looked around to see what other wolves were coming to the middle.

Aeneas looked up at the sky and tried to see if there was anything different. He looked over at Keme and replied, "There's nothing different about the sky..I think?"

⤷ cobalt’s ears perked up as indigo offered to help show him around the pack. he didn’t even know this wolf, but cobalt could tell she was kind. he smiled slightly before turning his attention back to darcia. his heart started to race as he accepted him into the pack. before he could even open his mouth to speak and give thanks, the alpha was gone. he gave a sigh of relief before indigo spoke again.

“i would really like that.” he said and lowered his head. “i promise i won’t mess up too bad and give you a bad rap with darcia.” he joked. he started to walk in the direction darcia had gone, assuming that was the way to the camp. he turned back to say something to indigo, but was quieted quickly by darcia’s howl. he had a feeling he was going to be acquainted with everyone rather quickly. “do you know what this is about?” he asked softly. “or maybe bring me up to speed after.”

Risen flicked his tail as Darcia spoke. A soft shiver rolled down his spine. Shaking it off he dipped his head to Starry “I perhaps I should be on my way” he said before padding slowly towards the Alpha. As he approached he dipped his head in getting. Risen flicked his gaze to the dark figure approaching , his eyes hardened looking over Blaze. “Darcia this isn’t something we have done before” he commented quietly.

Indigo gave Cobalt a soft smile as he joked about ruining her reputation in the pack. While his attitude should of assured her - it made her slightly nervous. Why was she always doubting everything anyway? She opened her mouth to respond to his joke when Darcia’s howl pierced her ears. “honestly, I don’t know what happened myself.” she said. With a small smile she nudged Cobalt “I’m interested to find out though — let’s go!” she said with a small tail wag before taking off towards the camp. “oh, it’s this way!” she called over her shoulder.

Blaze licked the top of Haru’s head as she mentioned it was scary. “if will be okay. It always is” he said quietly before listening to Darcia’s announcement. “kiddo, you can either come with Me up there or stay here with Roselle” he commented. Almost feeling bad how he had just volunteered the Beta to watch the pup he was now taking responsibility for. He rose to his paws slowly and walked towards Darcia and Risen. He dipped his head to Darcia and turned to face Risen. He almost chuckled hearing Risen’s comment. Blaze commented “let me know what you need me to do Darcia. I’m always happy to oblige”

Darcia stood where he was, watching wolves gather to the middle. When the alpha heard Risen's comment, he bit his tongue to hold back from responding. He watched the wolves of his camp gather, glad to see them participating.

The apprentice watched the two prominent wolves approach the middle and perked up. He kept to himself, but knew he would be dragged into the situation, due to being involved.

⤷ cobalt followed behind indigo. when he was in his old pack, he was used to being a leader and upfront. he always knew where he was going and was always surrounded by a big group of wolves. even as a pup, his group tended to go him for guidance on where to adventure off to for the day or for what game to play. cobalt always had an answer to everything. this was different. for the first time, he would be more of a follower and a listener. especially in the beginning while he was still getting to know everyone, cobalt promised himself to keep his head down and learn the way of the pack before forming any kind of opinion or voice.

Risen looked away as Darcia didn't respond. He felt eyes burning him and looked over to lock eyes with Blaze for a brief second before he lowered his gaze to his paws. Risen huffed quietly - feeling slightly defeated and nothing had even happened yet. He glanced around the pack for a moment before seeing Blaze sit. Risen however, remained standing.

As they walked into the camp, Indigo kept close to Cobalt. Not only to help blend into the crowd and avoid questions at this time. But also because she herself didn't want to make conversation. She felt a tad insecure about not knowing the situation at hand. With Indigo always talking to everyone she felt half sad she didn't know, but she was also thrilled about not knowing since it seemed intense. She whispered to Cobalt "I know this is a strange first pack day. But this isn't a normal occurrence"

Blaze raised his head to lock eyes with Risen. He flicked his tail as the Delta quickly dropped his eyes to avoid the eye contact. He had to catch himself from smirking. If this were to give any indication of how this - whatever this was, is about to go then it would be interesting. He was almost jealous to not be watching from the outside. Then again , he knew if he were on the outside he would want to know what had happened as well. He looked around after a moment to rest his eyes on the Alpha, Blaze sat slowly, in preparation for Darcia's words.

Haru instantly became more awake at the sound of Darcia howling. She quickly got to her paws and stood next to Blaze to listen and try to understand. She worried Blaze would get into trouble, but as he reassured her, she kept her confidence. The young pup had grown up a lot very quickly, just a few days ago she was carelessly flattening mushrooms, and now she was watching the trial between her adopted father and the Delta.
Listening to Blaze's order. Haru walked over and sat down quietly next to Roselle's paw. She remained in dead silence, understanding this situation was far more serious than she ever thought.

Olcan - Warrior - Dusk Pack

Hearing the alpha's howl. Olcan dropped what he was doing in a heartbeat and charged back to camp. This was something important and for once he wasn't going to miss it by being off at the other side of the territory. Rushing into camp, Olcan walked towards the crowd and stepped next to everyone to listen to the trial. It was good news that Darcia was finally getting involved to sort out the mess between the two of the higher ranks, it would be better than allowing the pair to fight it out alone.

Silent quietly wagged her tail, admiring the hard work of the whole pack. As River was also unable to decide, Silent chuckled little. She closed her eyes for a moment. "What about Deer?" She guessed. It had been the first option River had gave and was the first word that came to her mind. She looked back down at the prey pile once more, becoming lost in deep thought about her dreams. "I want to be more braver." She said in almost a whisper.

Keme - Medic - Dawn Pack

He turned his head towards Aeneas as he mentioned there was nothing different about the sky. He then looked back up and then back down at him once again. For once in his life, Keme seemed puzzled. He glanced over at Totem and then back over at Aeneas. "Maybe he has more than seeing them." For Keme this was completely a scientific possibility.

Roselle sits, waiting anxiously for the trial t start. She noticed a pup come sit with her. She smiled to the little pup. “It’ll be okay” she says, not knowing if it would be okay. She knew it wouldn’t.

Bramble heated his friend warn him of something, and he stopped. He was confused until he felt something bite his leg. He looks down and spots the snake. He shakes his leg, trying to get it off. He howls in pain as the snake digs deeper in his leg.

Darcia watched more pack mates pour into the middle and sit around. Darcia waited a few more moments before starting the trial. "Welcome all, I am please you have all been able to make it. I have in front of me, two of our beloved pack mates. There has been recent problems, but we are brought together to talk about the newest one- by the border. To my knowledge, I came to the scene and saw Blaze and that Dawn pack mutt attacking Risen. This however may not be the case, since I was not there in the beginning. Bulk, was there, and Blaze, and Risen. We also have Vermilion coming in to let us know what he managed to observe at the scene's aftermath." Darcia took a moment to get himself on track. "Risen, you will start, you can talk to the pack and I, and tell us your side of the story first." The alpha looked out at the other pack mates, "please, voice your opinions when you can." The alpha sat back and turned his attention to the Delta.
