Rena padded along keeping an close eye on the pups. "No, you aren't going anywhere near a live fox den. When they broke into their little group she saw Carrow pad closer. "I don't know" She says responding to his question. Rena then looks over at the pups conversating with each other. She turns quickly at Vivi's yelp and wimper. She looks around paniced trying to find where she was.

Vivi/Female/Pup/Tags: Parents, siblings
She sighs rolling her eyes, "Ya sure brother, It is easier said than done". Vivi yelps as she falls through a hole when she didn't focus on the ground. She wimpers in pain; she looks up, not seeing anything as the hole was quite deep from her point of view.

Rune/Female/Loner/Tags: Rowan
Rune nodded listening. "Is that the weird smell?" She wondered out loud. She was walking yesterday and ran into a weird scent(the border). Rune sighs, "nice to know" She says with a smile.

carrow's ears perked in alarm as he saw vivi fall through the hole in the ground. rome, who had immediately poked his head in to check on his sister, was pushed aside as carrow peered down at his pup in the hole. it was relatively shallow, now that he was looking at it. snorting, he reached down and picked the pup up by the scruff before setting her down on stable ground again. though the stumble had filled him with concern, he wasn't good at showing it.
"watch where you're going." he grumbled at her. "you only get four good legs." he considered his own situation with some bitterness.

"yea, vivi! watch where you're going." rome said sternly, trying to follow his father's example, only to be given a swift nip on the flank.
"watch out for your packmates! don't gloat over their pain." rome flattened his ears back and hunched against the ground to show he understood, and his tail drooped a little at the scolding.
"sorry vivi." he said, giving his sister an apologetic lick.
"well? can you walk?" carrow asked her gruffly.

rowan stepped forward, not needing to lean too closely to sniff.
"yea." he answered, nodding in affirmation, answering with a shy smile of his own.
"we're right inside thornhill's borders.. i haven't seen their morning patrol yet, though." he lifted his nose to the wind again, only to tense and jump to his paws,
"do you smell that?!" the fur along his spine and hackles raised.

She brings Vivi to her and licks her head. She nuzzles her calming her down. "There we go, you are ok" She says in a gentle voice. "Don't mind your father's bitterness" She says giving him a look. "Let's continue" She says. Rena

Vivi/Female/Pup/ Tags: Siblings, parents
"Y-Ya, I am F-fine" Vivi says. She feels comforted by her mother's licks. She then gets back onto her paws, tail wagging.

Rune/Female/ Loner/ Tags: Rowan, Juniper,Bass,Hex
Rune nods and then also catches a whiff of the scent. "Ya, I do" She says turning toward the direction of the scent. Rune growls back at Juniper.

Juniper/Warrior/ Female/ Tags: Rune, Rowan, Bass, Hex
She was keeping an eye out for loners while the two siblings hunted. She turned her head to the wind. She growls in Rune and Rowan's direction.

After a moment of fighting with the deer, the sibling took it down.
The deer bellowed as it hit the ground.
The siblings howled in everyones direction.
Bass and Hex then started dragging the animal back towards their hunting pile.

Hex

Before the two headed pack, He sat his herbs to the side.
Hex knew that their Alpha, Rena, And the Pups were nearby,
so he figured someone might find it if he forgot to come back.

Omii
Male - Pup - Wants to be a medic - Tags; Viviana; Rome; Rena; Carrow

Omii jumped back when Rome snapped at him, Talking about how to kill a fox.
He giggled quietly, before returning his attention to Vivi.
She had fallen in a hole, and quite possibly got hurt.
Omii peaked his head in the hole, Looking at Viviana.
He then looked around, noticing Hex's Herb basket.
Omii grabbed the basket, and returned to his family.
When he got back to them, they had already got her out of the hole.
"Are you hurt, Vivi?"
He asked, also holding the basket in his teeth.

carrow ignored rena's comment and sat down so that vivi could have her paw examined. if she had hurt it badly enough that she couldn't walk on it for a bit, they would have to turn around to head home.
he wasn't too worried about the pup- a bruised paw wasn't much to worry about, but he didn't want to push her unnecessarily. she was still a pup after all.
seeing that omii had procured hex's basket;
"i thought i smelled the morning patrol. they must have taken the path to the lake." he nodded approvingly; "you have good eyes."
eyeing omii curiously, he wondered what the pup planned on doing with the basket, and smiled a little to himself. the basket was a bit too big and omii looked awkward trying to carry it.

rome bounced around his sister. since she said she was fine, he wholeheartedly believed her and was no longer concerned.
"can we go yet, can we go yet??! it's going to be dark by the time we get there!" he whined. not even a stern look from carrow could silence him.

rowan perked his ears towards the noise.
"i'm out of here. if you want to fight some thornhills, you're on your own!" he said, jumping to his paws before sprinting off into the forest. he didn't stop to see if she followed him.

Rena nods. She looks around sniffing, she smells something that she can't put her paw on. "ok,ok!" She says with a giggle at Rome's enthusiasm.

"I am ok" She says. She really was fine and was confused on why everyone was so worried. She padded over to the rest of her siblings.

Rune/Female/Loner/Tags:Rowan, Hex,Bass, Juniper
Rune smelt a weirdly familiar scent. She shook it off and ran out of the territory after Rowan. She shook her pelt out and huffed in exhaustion.

Juniper looks over at her companions."We good?" She asks them. "Let's continue" She says continuing to walk the border.

Bass made her way back around to juniper.
She nodded to her, then lead towards the borders.
"Carrow asked us to refresh the markers around here."

Hex

Hex followed behind Hex and Juniper, but split after a while.
He refreshed the markers at the South Border.

Omii

Omii wore the basket around his neck, following his Parents and Siblings.
"Okay." Omii replied to Vivi as they walked.
He tilted his head, trying to catch scent of everyone.
"Hex, Bass, and Juniper were here, but their scents split"
Omii said out loud.
"But, i think Juniper and Bass went that way."
He pointed his paw South.
Omii turned towards his parents.
"May i return Hex's basket once we get back?"
He asked.

carrow waited for the others, amused at rome's enthusiasm. the outing seemed like a good option; even rena was in a good mood, despite him accompanying. rome looked up at her with adoration before bounding ahead again, his awkward, growing legs threatening to trip him up.

carrow nodded at omii's observation, impressed with his observational skills. vivi and rome may have got the drop on him this morning, but he certainly wasn't letting anything else escape him.
"very good." he said, tone impressed. "i smelled it too. why do you think they split?" he asked, curious to see how much omii could put together on his own.
"i bet they saw a bear!" rome burst in excitement from up ahead. carrow chuckled to himself but otherwise ignored the pup, focusing on the quiet pup whose sharp nose had picked up the scent of his packmates.

rowan stopped well into the tree line, weaving through dense vegetation to make sure the patrol wouldn't bother following him.
he stopped, panting, under a low hanging pine. the rich scent of the dropped needles and the bowed branches hid him well from anyone who didn't know he was there. he looked up with surprise, jumping to his feet when he saw another wolf, but when he noticed rune had followed him he relaxed and sat down again.
"decided not to fight, huh?" he asked, chewing some thistles from his paw pad.

Omii looked at his father.
He looked around quickly, seeing if he could spot any of them.
"Maybe.."
"Maybe they split to cover the ground?"
He replied.

Rena trots along her family. She looks at Rome when he made the bear comment. “They probably didn’t” she says. “Good eye” she says in response to Omii with a smile

Vivi/female/ pup/ tags: siblings, parents
Vivi follows her siblings tail wagging. “A bear!? Where!?” She says in panic. Vivi looks around trying to spot the bear.

Rune/female/loner/ tags: Rowan
“I was going to fight when I realized there was more than one....” She says. She lay down in the shade of the tree. She looks over at him.

Juniper/female/warrior/ tags: Hex, Bass
She checks the scent markers and reinforces them. She then trots over to the other two. She looks at them “What now?”
