Zeus' ears perked up when Fish arrived and she stood quickly, pressing her head into Fish's neck and sighing her relief.
"Oh, thank the sky-dogs that you're back! I thought you left the camp with your trainee... it's so good to see that you're safe." She sat back down, only to hear the sound of tension towards where the Fire wolves stood. She spotted their Tracker, Lenora with another young wolf and the Fire Alpha. Lenora had always been a cheerful she-wolf, but she was a bit ignorant when it came to the dangers of others.

"Lenora, sweetie!" She called. "Could you come here please?" She asked and then glanced to Fish and Nightfall. "The more the merrier, right?" She added to them.

Enui became still when Arian listed off all those who hadn't been seen with them and she blinked. Twenty-four of their packmates... Had they all joined the sky-dogs, or had some of them merely fled to other parts of the forest? She couldn't know for certain, but it was enough to add a little extra weariness to her bones.

"I am fine." She assured Arian. She'd always been capable in a crisis. Her ear was drying, thanks to Erle's care on it earlier. Erle... She wanted to seek him out, but... No. He was just as capable as Enui herself was. He didn't need her aid or her instruction. Her eyes turned to the trainees, picking up some snippets of their conversation. She looked to Arian, inclining her head a touch forward. "Continue to look after our pack mates. I suspect after our Healers have treated our wounded, we'll be on the move soon enough." She informed the Lead Warrior, before she started towards where the Trainees stood with one another.

She could see Max nearby, quieting one of their rowdier pack mates. Leviathan had always been snappish - something Enui herself had never tolerated. It was all well and good (usually) to be aggressive towards the enemy, but this youngster had a habit of being just as mean-spirited towards his own packmates.

If he doesn't shape up soon... She could only think of two roles that would fit the young warrior in the future and she had a lurking suspicion that Leviathan wouldn't care for either of them. Well, she'd let Max handle him for now. The Alpha Male was more than qualified for the position and perhaps a stern talking to from the commanding rank in the pack would give Leviathan a reason to think before he spoke next time.

As she came to stand in front of the trainees, her gaze fell upon Rue. She spoke softly, loud enough for them to hear, but not loud enough to draw too much attention.
"I will implore you two to remember that we are not here on friendly terms." She informed them. "This is not a Meet, there is no truce between the packs. There is a tenuous sense of peace, but that could be broken at the slightest hint of provocation. Keep among your pack mates and do not seek the company of the Lightning wolves." She told the pair. "Do you understand?"

The pup and story loving female looked to Smoke, and nodded at her. "I don't look forward to when I get to that age...Anyway, yes, we should go grab that food now." She said this, then went with her to the den once the food was gotten.

She smiled when Vivian said they could come in, welcomed them in fact. She nodded, nudging Smoke gently then humming a canine sound. She wagged her tail a bit as she then stepped in. She said "It's good to see you're alright," though it didn't seem any of the Fire wolves would attack.

The brown eared and legged female flicked her brown tail. She said "Okay," and went to get the moss, then went to the stream by the healer den. It was the closest, which was good. She then brought it to him, and said "We should get you into the den..."

The red eared one flicked their red and white tail. They made a small sound, heterochromatic eyes looking forward. They hummed a canine sound, and panted a bit, seeming stressed. They then sighed and dropped to a sitting position.

I get it, I would be the same way if the same thing happened here plus it will take a lot more than grumpy gills over here to deter my mood, a few of my packmates find it annoying actually but thats okay!" she laughed, throwing her head back slightly as her tail thumped the ground; she stopped suddenly as her name was called, turning her light brown gaze in the direction her name had een called for she spotted Zues, poking her head from the nursery, beckoning for her. Smiling Lenora turned back to Alpha Max "If you would excuse me Alpha, it appears I am needed elsewhere" [/color] she said, dipping her head bedore retreating to the Nursery; poking her head in she smiled at the three older she-wolves "greetings Zeus, Fish, Nightfall" she greeted, dipping her head to each of her pack mates; perking her ears she glanced at Rosa who was sleeping next to her mother "How's the little one doing?" she questioned, motioning towards the small pup.

he was quiet the entire time Lenora and his Alpha spoke, he was surprised how freely she expressed herself and spoke to the dominating brute but didnt show it, instead he continued to stare at the ground until he heard her receding pawsteps 'finally' Leviathan though, his gaze shifted slightly as he turned his head in the direction of the camp entrance, waiting for his Alpha to dismiss him.

Smoke dropped the rabbit in a heap in front of the elder and nudged it towards her. "We didn’t know if you’d had the chance to eat yet today with how eventful today's been, so we thought we’d bring you something, even if it’s not much, sorry." She offered an apologetic smile. "Soooo how’re you holding up? I know a lot's going on and it’s got a lot of the Pack freaked out and worried and stressed or whatever."

"Well I mean, I was GOING to, but then the meeting happened and the Fire wolves showed up, so I wasn’t sure if there would be a fight or not, and if there was, I didn’t wanna be out of camp," Fish explained. She settled down next to Zeus. "You guys are doing okay in here?" Then she looked up as Lenora came in to join them. "Hiiiii! Haven’t seen you around in a while! Good to see ya!" She greeted the young Tracker.

Max was...slightly surprised by how much the Tracker chattered on, and in such a casual manner to the Alpha of who they knew so far to be their enemy Pack. He wasn’t sure whether to be impressed or frustrated by it, but before he could make up his mind, she had excused herself. He dipped his head in acknowledgement as Lenora went off. Then he returned his attention to Leviathan with a stern look. "I know it’s hard to break habit around who have long since been our rivals," he started. "But we are relying on their kindness right now. I want no more of that kind of attitude, or else there will be consequences, and they will be severe for breaking the peace we require. Am I understood?"

"We didn’t!" Catania insisted in a startled yelp. She’d been unaware of other ears listening in, but figured she really shouldn’t have been surprised. "We're just talking. To each other, not any Lightning wolves. They’re pretty much ignoring our group aside from their Healer though," she pointed out, shifting her weight awkwardly. Authority figures made her uneasy, and she hated admitting that even to herself. Even worse was when they were SCOLDED by said authority figures. Then she perked up when Rue found something else to do with their time. "Sure! You can teach me a couple fighting moves and I can teach you a couple basic hunting techniques? Just for fun?" She looked up at Enui. "Is that okay?"

"Has there been good news from Alpha Shadow?" Arian asked hopefully. Were they to stay in Lightning territory until it was safe, or... would they be forced to find unclaimed land, or, Sky-Dogs forbid, even leave the forest altogether? She couldn’t even begin to imagine what that would be like, and their remaining wolves were most CERTAINLY not in any shape to be travelling long or far distances at this point in time. Then Enui had moved off to address the Trainees in the centre of the group and Arian did not ask any further questions, only smiled to herself and let her gaze rove over the wolves, taking a brief head count. Yes, she’d been right. They still had everyone else.
