Kassandra | Hunter | Ice Pack | Tagging: Open | Location: Camp
Kassandra had left at the crack of dawn for an early-morning hunt, before things could get busy and the camp would fill with the useless daily chatter. The breeze had chilled her to the bone through her thin, jet black fur, and she shivered, but did not complain, for it had not been for nothing. With her, she carried a surprisingly plump rabbit, and a squirrel that was relatively scrawny, but was food nonetheless. Upon returning, she dropped the prey upon the slowly growing prey pile and turned to scan the camp. The lazy Beta was awake, everyone seemed busy enough. Yep. A typical, boring day. Every day is the same. That makes ever day just a chore. Over and over again.
Kass settled herself on the grass at the edge of camp, cobalt blue eyes flicking here and there as she watched wolves come and go, watched wolves interact, talking and laughing together, and she couldn’t help but wonder. What must it be like, to have been born to a Pack, or to have been taken in by a Pack and to truly find one's place? Kass had never known her place. Her place was wherever she could get ahead in life, with whoever could offer her the most for her own benefit. She was a Hunter of the Ice Pack, and yet at the same time, she served no one.
Honouria | Beta | Ice Pack | Tagging: Morrígan | Location: Camp
"If there hasn’t been one already, then there ought to be. I’ve been told nothing otherwise." Of course, Honouria had also been told there wasn’t much to do, but she’d always taken it upon herself still to double check. Alas, the Fire Pack would not wait for them to stand up and get things organized, ideal as that would be.
"Would you find a couple of the other Warriors and take one out, or are you busy?" Of course, if Morrígan had things to do, she would not pester her about them, but it never hurt to ask.
