"Nice to know you see me as different." Cade said with a smile. "Have you ever ran into them after that one time, or have you out enough distance between yourself and them?" She paused for a moment, thinking over his last words. "I wouldn't mind staying around for a while, or...being friends with you. I like having company. I'm...not the best with being alone." She felt much more relaxed now, and hoped this dragon wouldn't betray her or try to kill her like a lot of the others she knew before.

As much as Lopiad would have enjoyed a few more roses, she was even more eager to get out of the pouring rain that had started in a matter of minutes. The damp, chilled air quickly became uncomfortable, so she changed the subject and bid Grimm a swift farewell.
"Jeez, crazy weather today. Never mind those roses. I'm outa here."
Lopiad bowed her head against the icy wind and turned back towards the forest, hoping to take some level of shelter from the downpour while she searched for a more preferable place to weather the storm. The trees did provide some refuge, but not much. Lopiad pressed herself against a tree trunk as she furrowed her brow, trying to remember where the nearest shelter might be. She recalled a cliffside cave a short walk away, but Lopiad was unsure if it already belonged to someone.
The striped dragon shrugged and set off for the cave anyway. If anyone lived there, they would just have to share. There was no way she planned on staying out here and shivering for who-knows-how-long.

Skyfire spread her wings and took to the air, rushing after her pizza. The pizza box opened and she took a slice. She called the rest of the creatures and waited to start a pizza party.

He was about to answer until she walked away "uh okay bye I guess..?" he said walking in the other direction "hmmmmm I wonder if I can find bask..." he thought to himself taking a new route than he ussally did to get to where bask ussally hangs out

”Hm. Perhaps.” Flicker mumbled around the rabbit, before glancing around. ”I really should be getting home. My fire usually begins to die down around this time, and it takes an unearthly amount of time to start a new one when you don’t have hands at your disposal. It was nice meeting you, Bask. You’re welcome to come to my cave if you want.” With that, she took off, flying slowly enough for Bask to keep up if he wished.

She continues to fly with the pizza, dropping a slice to each creature she could see from the sky. Well, she does have more pizza in her house, but that doesn't stop Skyfire from dropping pizza on top of others! Not all the creatures were delivered pizza to, so Skyfire swooped down and grabbed another box... but this time, without pizza! Instead of pizza, there was ashes! Soon she figured out that she BURNED the pizza. She dropped the box on the ground, taking a different box of pizza. This time it was all good, so she dropped slices of pizza on the rest of the creatures.

"Ugh! What the...?"
Some strange, floppy object fell from above and hit Lopiad on top of her head, right between her ears. It fell to the ground before her, and she stopped her traveling to lower her head and investigate. What she saw was a slightly muddy, triangular object, apparently made of bread, and covered in a sticky, yellow substance on one side. When she prodded it with her nose, she found it was warm, and smelled invitingly delicious.
Lopiad looked up, wondering where this bread triangle had come from, but whoever had dropped it had already gone. The striped dragon shrugged to herself. There was no reason to let this food go to waste, so she tore off a chunk and swallowed it.
"Mmm... That's good!", she exclaimed.
After a few more bites, it was gone. Lopiad was still soaking wet, but at least she was no longer starving.

Uvnow spotted a familiar shape soaring through the the stormy weather as if it were nothing. Occasionally, she would drop objects from a box down to creatures below her. In the interest of investigating what she might be up to, Uvnow flapped his wings and flew against the wind and rain towards the feline phoenix.
"Skyfire!" he called. "What are you up to this time?"
As he got closer, he could smell the scent of warm baked goods of a savory variety. Uvnow wondered if Skyfire would be willing to let him taste her snacks.

At Flicker's Cave

After waving a farewell to Skyfire and shouting one last "thanks" to her for the slice of pizza, Ocuxum tucked in. He quickly finished his cheesy snack and licked his chops appreciatively. Having a warm morsel in his belly did wonders to fight away the chill of the rainfall, but that cold would quickly return if Ocuxum failed to find shelter.
Striped dragons were more reptilian than some other species of dragon, and they needed the help of sunlight in order to maintain a comfortable body temperature. Fortunately, Ocuxum knew of a solution, and he was headed that way right now. He recalled that his friend, Flicker, lived in a generously spacious cave, and he was certain she would not mind if he visited her while he waited for the rain to pass.
Soon, Ocuxum arrived at Flicker's cave. He padded up to the entrance and called inside.
"Flicker! Are you home?"
He waited a moment, but heard no answer. She would probably be back soon, unless she had already hunkered down elsewhere to weather the storm. Either way, there was no use waiting around in the rain, so Ocuxum let himself in. Flicker often kept a fire going, which ensured that her cave was always warm and comfortable. The fire had grown quite low, so Ocuxum curled himself around it and set to work gently blowing on the embers to revive the fire.

The familiar glow from the entrance to her cave came into view, and Flicker glided slowly in, several dry branches she had managed to find along the way tucked neatly into the feathers under her wings. As she stepped into the main chamber, she spotted her good friend Oxucum, curled around the fire. “Oxucum! Good to see you. Thanks for keeping the fire going. What brings you here tonight?” The dark-colored bird threw the rabbit down in a corner and fed the flames with the branches from under her wings, before shaking the water than had managed to gather in her orange-tipped feathers. ”I hope you’ve been faring well. I apologize for the mess, I wasn’t expecting company before I left.” As usual, her cave looked fairly neat, the “mess” being her nest slightly tousled and a few books on the floor by a sheepskin rug. She swept around as quickly as possible, tidying her bed of grasses and moss, and placing the books back in proper alphabetical order on their clefts. She then proceeded to set up her roasting skewers, skinning the rabbit and placing it on a long, sharp stick, which she suspended across two stilts over the fire. ”I may have another guest tonight, a basilisk I met known as Bask. Do you need anything? Will you be staying the night?” She reached over, turning the rabbit meat. ”Ah, sorry for my rushed manner. I was in a hurry to get back, I suppose I haven’t quite relaxed yet.”

Skyfire lands and creeps slowly into Flicker's cave, handing Flicker the last slice of pizza. She flew out of the cave and dropped a flaming hot feather near it. She took to the sky and kept flying, coming back to her nest and taking another box and giving a slice of pizza to the strange daydream dragon she didn't seem to recognize. She flew past him and flew back home, but now she dropped invitations to her late-night pizza party!

After a lot of walking he finally saw bask.
grimm had thought up the perfect trick for him with a nearby apple tree.
"HEY BASKY!!!!" he yelled at bask "I THINK I SAW SOME PERFECTLY GOOD {insert bask's favorite food here} AT THAT TREE OVER THERE!" but what bask didnt know there was a bucket of {insert bask's least favorite drink here} on the tree and when he walks up to it it will pour on him >:).
