Emberlight saw more humans rush over and saw Shinefires wariness and fear and she gave a hiss, hoping they would scatter like flies, when Fatality came into view. She heard Fates words and growled, but nodded. "Its okay, they wont harm you." Ember said softly to Shinefire.

Fatality heard Embers hiss and put her face in front of Embers. "Tell your friend its fine. And Esperanza, Austin, does Shinefire have a rider?" She asked. She smiled a little when the two came over to help and stood as Ember stood with Shinefires help. "Also, thank you both." She said as Austin ran inside to find bandages. "Ember, you have five weeks of rest and no more running in snow. " she said at which Ember nodded.

She rolled around, nipping back just as playfully, she puffed out some smoke.

Kaito and Lita both finished with what they were eating on and headed back to the stables. Kaito walked up to Luna and smiled. "Wanna sit outside for a while and watch the snow fall to the ground?"

Lita went to Flame. "Lets go out for a few." She knew he didn't like the snow or cold, but he needed to stretch his wings for a little while, so she headed off to get his saddle. Before she went back she checked in on Frost. "I guess it wont hurt for you to come with. You still don't have a rider yet, so I guess it will be fine."

Luna looked at Kaito and nodded as she watched Kaito open her stall door. She walked out and followed Kaito to a place outside. She swept some of the snow away with her tail before laying down.

Flame let out a snort. He stood up and watched Lita grab his saddle then talked to Frost. He didn't really care all that much for Ice dragons, but it wasn't their fault that he hated the cold.

Frost looked up at Lita as she spoke those words. "So no one will be riding me for once?" He said to himself as he walked over to the door waiting for Lita to open it.

She made happy squeaking noises. then poked Astral and ran away.

Rustic:
Rustic woke up to the sound of the gates to the stable opening. It was time to be fed. A girl with blonde hair walked in with the steak. Rustic walked over slowly to the girl, and sniffed at her. She then let out a puff of smoke, and sat down. The girl dropped the steak by Rustic's face. Rustic devoted the steak. Then the girl walked over and grabbed a harness. The dragon slinked back, not wanting to be ridden.
"It's okay Rustic, I won't ride you today." The girl said.
"My name is Alex. I hope to be your rider and caretaker."
Rustic stepped out of the shadowed corner of the stable. The steak was gone now.
Rustic walked up to Alex, deciding that she would go flying.
"This will get you out of the stable. I am going to put the harness on you now, okay?" Alex replied to Rustic's actions. Alex unbuckled the harness and slid it on. Together, they walked out of the stable, preparing to fly.

Lily remains in her curled up, sleeping position when a worker opens up the enclosure to put in food. She waits until they've left before finally uncurling and stretching. 'Finally. Looks like I'm not needed bad enough that they had to "wake" me up.'

The dragon's long tail flicks back and forth as she walks to her food. She eats it after she's determined that it wasn't somehow drugged with some sort of medicine through her sense of smell. 'I can't believe that the Two-Legs expect us to consume those foul-tasting pills.'

Once Lily finished her meal, she wanders back over to her resting spot to lay down and doze while the meat digests.

Serena frowns as she looks over her list of duties that still need to be done before she could take a break or in her case a nap... or maybe one that ends by the next morning.

She grabs some food that the babies could eat and a small bag of treats. She wanders over to one of the rooms that have some of the little scaly terrors beings living in it and slowly opens the door, making sure none of them could charge out of the room.

She sighs in relief when she finally gets in the room without any of the rambunctious dragons slipping in between her legs and the door and bolting. 'I don't want to chase down and lose them in this weather.'

Serena tosses her treat bag over to the other side of the room to get the babies attention away from her so she could put down their food and quickly change out some of their nest bedding into something warmer.

Light+Dark Hybrids/History

The one type of dragon that was never really meant to exist, was the offspring of two dragons who couldn't even be near each other for elongated periods of time. However, in the name of science, humans had decided to start breeding random dragon species together to see what the offspring were like, and many dragonets in this scenario died. She was one of the few who survived but she had a mutation that stunted the growth of her front legs and caused her to grow two sets on wings one of which acts in place of her front legs. After this facility was found by other humans they carted remaining dragons who had since grown up off to various shelters, and those who were fit enough went to stables. Solburst would come to learn being a light and dark hybrid came with another drawback which was that while the light and dark abilities of other dragons don't effect her, her own cause her great pain because the part of her that is light rejects the dark and vice versa.

Astral chases after the other dragon but quickly stopped at hearing and smelling the bag of treats, she swiftly turned her head to the human and ran at her.

She frowned as she heard Kiamora's story, but it also cemented her need to get out of here as she wanted to see her family again. She, subtly, brushed Kiamora's shoulder with her wing in a gesture that was meant to be comforting but if you squinted could seem like an accident. She turned her head towards the light dragon regarding her as she spoke up again, "You're optimistic if you think I'll ever truly accept living here". The dark dragon sighed marking pulsing along rhythmically with the muscles movement as she shrugged, "But it doesn't hurt to try I guess", she quipped.
