{I edited Shadow's form just a little bit, to remove the experiments and change it to toxic waste. Though since she has powers originating from toxic waste, I also added the condition that she serves near death and is sick, but she tries to hide it.

{I was also wondering if I could make 1-2 more characters, and roleplay both them and Shadow at the same time. I have an idea what I want to do for them, if I'm allowed to add them of course!;;}

And yes it is permanent until the pack find a cure! and he may be added, BrightFire is Alpha female so if you were to make and alpha it'd have to be a female and be BrightFires mate.
