Karina pulled herself to her paws, slightly more relaxed now that she knew the dog wasn't infected. She pricked her ears at the words, 'Pack dogs'. Karina had seen them before, moving in groups but she had never approached them. "Well that would be the case if we were pack dogs. And we aren't looking for a fight either." She responded loudly over the wind. She nudged Kyto with her muzzle, "Don't worry, I'll get you somewhere warm." Karina looked up at the dog, "I know we just met but, can I make you an offer?" Karina thought it over carefully in her mind, there was safety in numbers and this guy didn't seem too bad.

Kyto barely managed to hear the dog over the storm's howling, he unbared his fangs and looked at the dog, an apology written on his face. Kyto lowered his little head after a moment and looked down at the snow surrounding his frozen puppy paws and simply nodded when Karina spoke. Maybe this dog would help him and his aunt. Though, if living in this city had taught him anything, it would be to always be wary of others. But Kyto felt he was a little too tired right now to listen to those lessons. He only had sleep on his mind.
