Quinn beamed as she watched the pup rush over to Riot. She was so cute. There would always be joy when puppies are around. “Take it slow, now. You don’t want to make yourself sick.” Quinn gently reminded as she came to a stop beside the pair. She knew too much food in a malnourished body would do more harm than good. And she didint want to see the little thing in pain. She laid down on the marbled ground of the lobby and watched her closely. “Thanks Riot.” She said to the Male. She was glad he’d decided to accompany them. He really had known how to handle himself out there against the infected.

”I’m doubting there’s anything in there. I need sleep.” Ajax pushed his way through the door and examined the space. Small, cramped, dark and musky. What else should they expect? He flopped onto the hard wooden ground and looked up at the others. “Yeah. When we find Rush, you’ll have to hold me back. I might accidentally tear him apart. And whoever decided it would be a good idea to take him.”

○Bradley slowly woke up and groaned, he was cold but he hadn't had any nightmares through the night as he slept. He slowly got up and nudged Roman "hey, get up.." He said as he nudged the smaller dog "lets go see if there is any snow in the ground to play in!" he added, his tone becoming excited as he nudged the dog more "come on!" He barked and let his tail wag as he thought about how much fun the snow would be if there was any snow.

The pup frowned at Quinn, not wanting to wait any longer to sink her teeth into some food. The smell of the meat reminded her body of how hungry she was, she felt like her stomach turned into a monster from how loud it was growling. "Yes, Quinn." She said begrudgingly. He knew he had to listen to the older dog, no matter how much she wanted to attack that piece of meat.

Sheeva entered the room with Roman and Bradley. "Morning Bradley, but I have a favor to ask of you." She said as she sat down before them. "A pup was just found and she doesn't have a name or parents. Do you mind looking after her for a while? She's very skinny and cold, she could use your nice warm blanket." Sheeva would have taken the pup herself, but with the cracks in the wall of her room bringing in breeze, the pup would surely be shivering.

Kira had rested her head on Rush's pelt sleeping peacefully. She woke up when she felt him jolt up. She didn't want to open her eyes at first but eventually she did. She yawned and looked up at him "Are you ok?" she asked with a soft tone tilting her head.

Riot watched the excited pup try to climb up his leg to reach the food. He gently set the food down as Quinn made her way over to supervise the pup who gnawed on small chunks of food ferociously. Your welcome he said softly watching the pup he felt a little more at ease. He layed down on the floor next to them watching the amusing pup play with the food as she ate. It was a shame she had lost her mother so young. Yet not unsurvivable Riot himself was enough proof of that. For now, things were peaceful as the pup had a new home

The pup happily bit down on the food, pulling at it before remembering Quinn's words as she then began to chew slower. The meat was cold and tasted a bit off, but she was starving and she'd be willing to eat dirt at this point. She smiled as she raised her head to look up at Riot, some meat falling from between her teeth."Oh--! Thanks!" She said in a muffled voice before continuing.

The jindo's ears perked when he heard Kira's voice. He lifted his head and he let out a sigh. "I'm fine," he sighed. "Just... had an awful nightmare. I had a dream that an infected dog got me... augh nevermind, sorry." He said shaking his head. He didn't want Kira to assume anything negative about him by speaking soft to her. He would never had said that to his packmates. He would have growled and reassured that he was fine. Kira was different to him.

Quinn watched closely with a pleased smile. “That’s it.” She praised the pup as she ate. She knew it must have been hard for her to take her time. By the looks of things, she hadn’t had a good meal since she was weaned. And that was probably weeks ago. Quinn looked in the direction Sheeva had headed, awaiting her return. She wondered who she’d asked to watch the pup. Probably Bradley and Roman. They seemed like a caring pair. She would be in safe hands with them.

I would love to take care of her." He said and nodded to Sheeva "I can assure you she'll be in the best care while with me." He told her and smiled "now where is she?" He asked quietly, glancing at Roman.

Kira looked at him. She didn't know what to do about his nightmare, in fact there was nothing she could do. "Don't be sorrry" She said softly and nuzzled his cheek. At that moment she realized what she did. Did she regret it? no she didn't but she didn't know what he would say to that. She rested her head back on him and closed her eyes trying to pretend she didn't just do that.

Sheeva let out a sigh of relief, pleased with their answer. "Come with me, she's downstairs." She said as she padded down the stairs. Her tail began to wag when she reached the bottom of the stairs. "Little one, these two nice males are going to be looking after you." She nuzzled Quinn's neck happily as she watched the pup. She was touched by the moment, but her attention was turned to the wind becoming louder and the snow flying more violently. She wasn't worried about it at first, but she was just sure to not allow the dogs to leave as the snow became worse.

He was extremely nervous, he was now responsible for this pup's life now. At the sight of her, he felt like he was seeing his own child. His heart beat fast as he smiled. The pup swallowed the last bits of the meat as she looked up at Sheeva. She cocked her head as she looked at the two dogs. She took a few steps forward as her tail wagged lightly. "Hi," she said a bit shyly but with excitement to her voice.
