Once the alpha and the fighter left he began toward his den. He struggled to keep his eyes open and he somewhat regretted spending the entire night searching for that runaway pup. You knew the rain washed his scent away, yet you still kept looking to find it? No wonder I couldn’t find him.. I wasted my time.. He was confused by Carson, he should be looking for the pup, yet it’s less concerning compared to a food shortage. If That was my pup, it’d be top priority to locate him, there has to be a reason why..but I’m too tired to think anymore. Making his way inside his den his body disappeared into its dark hole and the only thing visible from outside it was a pair of eyes that disappeared as soon as he closed his eyelids.

He decided to take to the skies instead rather then stroll slowly due to his recent lack of patience. He unfolded his black and red tainted wings and flew off the ground and above his territory. He scanned it like a hawk and caught glimpse of the river. He licked his lips as he suddenly felt thirsty. Changing course from flying to camp he began flying to the river.

With anger overwhelming her senses she ended up giving up her hunt. She sat down pinning her ears back back in frustration. Seeing movement at the corner of her eye she sprung towards the direction she caught it. It was a squirrel now she got it running for its life. Before it could climb up the tree it bolted to she grabbed it by the tip of its tail and pinned its body to the ground with a smack of her paw. “Better then nothing I guess.” She sighed and bit it’s back hard enough to cause a crunch and the squirrel to become limp. She began her way to camp. She couldn’t believe they are surviving on rodent meat.

Rikiar
3y - Fighter of Stonycreek - pg. 1 - Tags: open

Exiting the shadowed portal, Rikiar entered a small clearing. In this small clearing was a small cave that he'd found few days after the death of his mother. It was outside the territory, far from the river but closer to the pack hunting grounds, so it was easy to say that he'd been out hunting when he really just been napping in a cave. Rolling his shoulders, Rikiar slowly entered the small cave and sat down in the darkness. Sighing he muttered," When will this stupid Famine end."

Rasha
3y - Scout of Stonycreek - pg. 2 - Tags: Open

With her now full stomach the dusky silver female smiled, then decided to head back to camp. Swiftly the lupa made her way back to camp, her tail wagging happily and leaping into the air from time to time. Barreling into camp Rasha let out a yip, then looked around camp. She spotted the packs four little apprentices, and Carson but Smoke and Rikiar were no where to be seen. "Good morning everyone!" She called softly.

Narin
4.5y - Lead Fighter of Riverside - pg. 1 - Tags: Alfie

Relaxing some, Narin snorted," I know the feeling. Though I stayed, as I found that if you stay, it's much easier to make life hard for those that trouble you." She glanced at the moss then said," pick up your moss boy, and go to camp. Make your nest, then meet me in the clearing by the river. I need to take note of your skills." With that the creamy-golden she-wolf, turned and slowly padded towards the river. Narin was already forming opinions about the male, her first impression of the male gave her mixed feelings. He's either rash, dumb, or doesn't care about being alpha. Though some would call not caring about being alpha dumb too.

Odoin

4.5 - Hunter of Riverside - pg. 2 - Tags: Eclipse

The male stiffened as the sent of another wolf wafted into his nose, he instantly recognized the scent too. Alpha Eclipse. Suppressing a shiver, Odoin looked towards the sky attempting to spot the other male. Stepping away from the river, Odoin let his tail and ears lower slightly. He kept his amber eyes on the black and red hued alpha, wondering what he was doing here but then realized that was a stupid question. Why does anyone come to the river. To drink.

Alfie dipped his head in response and gathered his moss that he had dropped next to him. After placing his moss carefully on his back and holding a mouthful he trotted to camp. His sprain in his leg throbbed with pain each time he’s used it and it’s been clear it wasn’t going to get better if he keeps using it. He knew it needed to be tended to but he didn’t want to feel weak or useless. He just got to this pack and so far he hasn’t been able to provide for them, which made him feel like another mouth to feed. He did want to hunt, but Narin wanted to see his skills. He just hoped his sprain would get too much in the way of her test. After arriving to the packs camp he limped over to his demand shook off the moss on his back. He took the mouthful he carried and placed it in his den then repeated this action till he used all his collected moss up. The dens bedding was finally finished and though he did wanted to lay on it and get off his legs especially his sprained one he just lifted it and trotted to where Narin had instructed him to meet her.

The four apprentices stopped their wrestling and turned their heads to Rasha. Wagging their tails they went up to greet her. “Morning Rasha!” Rider yapped happily. He always was the more mature one out of his litter. “Find anything cool?” Maya asked and pawed at Rashas tail playfully while Koda tugged on it gently. Koda was very gentle when he played and made sure to not ever be rough unlike Maya who can be very rough and even annoying. “Rasha!” Coyote yapped excitedly his tail seemed like a blur for how fast it moved Side to side. He loved every wolf that would say hi to him. It always made his day. “Has Alfie returned yet?” He asked her and Rider looked over his his brother with sadness in his eyes.

Rikiar
3y - Fighter of Stonycreek - pg. 1 - Tags: open

Curling up the nest the silver-grey male growled soft, stiffening when he scented a coyote had been here recently. The scent was fresh, which bugged Rikiar. It had been female, young and without a pack. Good, all the easier to kill. He won't even need his powers for this kill. With a dark look in his cold eyes, Rikiar got up and slowly began to track its scent. His paws tingled with excitement and his blood rushed with the thrill of what would happen next.

Rasha

Smiling the dusky silver Lupa gave each apprentice a quick lick or nuzzle. Her honey colored eyes returned to Rider and said," I see you four are well this morning. You guys looking forward to training?" Her golden gaze then turned to Maya and chuckled," Sadly no, though I was able to fill my belly with a fish." She glanced at Koda and Maya as the two apprentices messed with her tail, letting out a soft giggle. Though her smile swiftly left her as she heard Coyote, and a sad look flowed onto her face. "I'm sorry Coyote, I haven't seen him. And the rain washed away his scent, so the hunters, nor I can find him." She paused and attempted to stay positive. "But I will keep a look out, we will find him."

Narin
4.5y - Lead Fighter of Riverside - pg. 1 - Tags: Open

Slowly the female made her way to clearing by the river, alert and ready for any appearance of prey, predator, pack, or intruder. Her mind went back to the young fighter, and cataloged the younger male. While fully grown, he didn't seem to be over a year old and plus she remembered that he'd come to his half-siblings birth pack about six months ago, long enough for his siblings to be born and to age by four months. So he was at least six months old. From what she remembered about rumors is that the pup had no powers, or at least no notable powers, which wasn't too unusual. Narin paused and blinked, Alfie had a limp. Hmm, I guess I have to go easy on him today. And when he's all healed up, I'll re-evaluate him. And because he doesn't have any powers, I wont use mine either.

Odoin

Lansing swiftly on the grass near the river he folded his large bat like wings and looked around. Spotting one of his hunters was there as well. He always thought of him as one of the quietest of his pack. “Good morning Odoin.” He gave him a wag of his dark tail and padded to the river with his tongue lolling. He bent his neck down and lapped at the cold moving water. It’s sound of moving water filled his ears and felt very calming to him. “How’s hunting been for you? Caught anything today?” He brought his head up and looked at the hunter. He knew it was difficult with the famine, but being he’s more prey driven he’d had better luck at finding something.

Walking into camp with a squirrel hanging from her jaws was embarrassing, but the more she thought about it the more it was understandable. Better then coming back empty-jawed she set it in the prey pile that was littered with mainly rodents and some scraps. With a anger sigh she turned and walked away from it. She wanted to be helpful, and this was the best she can do, catch some squirrel. She didn’t feel like resting and trotted out of camp to do yet another lonesome hunt.

Rikiar
3y - Fighter of Stonycreek - pg. 1 - Tags: open

A dark promise lingered in his pale yellow eyes, as he slowly tracked the scent of the coyote. It was getting stronger by the second. Soon the coyote was right in front of him. It was thin, so thin he could see each and every one of it's ribs. It was tearing into the flesh of a squirrel, rather viciously. A snarl left Rikiar, and he surged forward. It wouldn't be much of a fight, while the thing was ravenous, it was weak and much smaller than he. In the end, it was dead after Rikiar had snapped it's neck. His yellow gaze returned to the half eaten squirrel. His mouth watered, and he lunged forward quickly finishing what was left of the coyotes meal.

She paused as she reached the outskirts of the field, noting that in the distance Odoin and Eclipse were by the river. They were to far away to hear, but close enough to see. Scowling at the sight of her brother, she hid in the shadows. Hatred burned in her gut, Odoin was her least favorite sibling. While he had never been cruel, he'd never talked to her or stuck up for her either. Subconsciously she realized he had his own problems to deal with but, she was too bitter to care at the moment.

Odoin
4.5 - Hunter of Riverside - pg. 2 - Tags: Eclipse

Stuttering a quick Good morning in return Odoin attempted to escape the incoming conversation, but wasn't quick enough. Turing back to the black furred male, he forced him-self to approach and be at least semi-sociable. "Well I was able to catch a goose earlier this morning. But food is still rather hard to find." He paused then speaking in softer tone," Though I may have spotted a doe today. I didn't want to take it on alone." Odoin left out the part where he'd watched as another wolf had killed the does fawn across the river. Honestly Odoin had felt bad for both the doe and the fawn.

“I am!” Rider yapped his tail wagging strongly. Maya pounced on Rider playfully nipping his ear. “Grr..” Rider kicked her off in a playful manner. “Hey I’m ready too!” Maya replied to Rasha as she tempted to pounce on Rider again who dodged her swiftly. “I’d say so, you need it.” Rider joked as his way to challenge her to wrestling. Maya stuck out her tounge at him. “..Oh..Ok then.” Coyote sighed and watched his brother and sister play. “She said she’ll keep looking, brighten up Red.” Koda nuzzled his brother. Red was Kodas nickname for Coyote.

Alfie padded to the river and took a few sips of water being fully aware the alpha and another wolf were a little ways from him. Alfie quickly sprinted on three legs while holding his forth up knowing that’s a bad idea. Quickly arriving where Narin told him to meet her, he searched around before spotting her and began limping over to her hiding all pain coming from the sprain. “Alright I’m ready.” He told her while studying her. She was very fit and looked very alert. He did see two wolves in this distance, one he didn’t recognize and the other being Eclipse. He shook his body to not be distracted and watch Narin closely.

Waking up he emerged from his den and stretched releasing a big yawn. He needed to go hunting as Carson instructed him to do, but he needed something to eat first. Going to the food pile he took a bird and walked under a willow tree to eat to himself. The sounds of yips kf yaps did catch his attention despite he hears them all the time and he watched the pups from a distance as he ate the bird.

He took a few more laps of water while listening to the stuttering wolf before picking his head jack up with his chin dripping water. “That’s great to hear,” he smiled warmly. Though he did wish he could of caught that doe. It will fill everyone’s bellies, and tomorrow’s hungry bellies with its scraps along with other prey items. “next time when you spot a deer, tell the other hunters so you guys can work together to bring it down.” It was difficult to hold back hateful comments, the wolf looked strong enough to take it down but he did know it usually takes two wolves to take a deer down. “Nice talking with you!” The alpha woofed in a friendly tone and spreader his large wings out and after a strong beat of them his legs raised from the ground.
