Natalia "Talia" and Bane
Human and Good Dragon

Natalia moved through the streets of the bustling town carefully, towards the less kept side that had been destroyed in a dragon attack years ago. No one had moved back except those who absolutely couldn't afford to live anywhere else. While Talia could indeed live in a relatively good neighborhood, her job didn't exactly pay nothing, she always traveled down to this side. She made her way past the ash covered building, at least the ones that still stood, to an old building, once used for storage that had been looted and left. She slipped inside carefully, moving around the junk piles that had gathered, well junk piles to most people. The creature that lived here happened to have hoarding tendencies. She soon was winding her way through stacks of books until she saw the mass of scales, hunched over the device he had constructed to read the tiny books. "Please don't tell me those stacks have gotten bigger. We're gonna run out of room for you at this rate."
"Can't help it," Bane answered, he was generally not known to be there except to a few merchants who would come by and trade with him, this was how he grew his hoard of junk. "I needed some new stuff."
"You're impossible, you know that? Why not trade away some of the books you're done with?" She chuckled slightly at Bane's simple response of a horrified look. "Fine, I know, you're never letting anything go." She climbed quickly onto his back. "But, we do need to go out, so finish up your page."
Bane looked disappointed but the fact his stomach growled stopped him from arguing. Once he was done he got up, walking to the back door, slipping out and to the next building, half destroyed that only two walls remained. A few stones had been merged together by that dragon fire, and Bane quickly moved them to the side revealing a tunnel. Talia had always done her best to keep Bane as out of sight as possible, even if many people knew there were good dragons, she never wanted to trust anyone to take a chance. She had spent years with Bane trying to dig the tunnel which let out a ways out of the city. Bane followed the familiar path out, moving the boulder that blocked the other end and putting it back in place once they were in fresh air. At that he started walking until Natalia told him where to go.
Arcath

Arcath always did his best to keep watch where he could at what was going on. No need to always attack, a quick plan was the trick. He only ever acted like an insane brute when there was someone to see him, he wanted them to underestimate him after all. Such tactics had served him well through the years. He stuck to the sky, high above everything, watching the ground below him certainly there must be something interesting.

Torquil had been traveling since the sun rose. He was determined to prove himself a hero the moment he could. He had stopped in different towns on his way, he always got such strange stares from the people of them. Some obviously wanted him gone but were too afraid to just chase him out, he questioned why until he would find the evidence of dragon attacks. He kept on his path until he saw a panicked horse running towards him. He took note of the saddle, a lost rider it seemed. He quickly grabbed the horse, using his strength to stop it and tried to calm it down. "Easy there, just relax," The thick accent hung to each word he spoke. "You have seem to lost someone my four legged friend. They may miss you." He grabbed the reins and tried to lead the horse back the way it came to find the missing rider. The horse refused to move that way. "Well, that cannot be good." He tried again but it still would not budge. He could carry the horse all the way but he suspected it would panic so much that it may die from fear. He led it over to a shaded area, along the main road, tying it to a tree. If he was unable to come back for it or couldn't find the rider someone on the road would notice it. "I will try to return with your lost friend." He started on the path the horse had come from, wondering what would cause that much terror in the horse. He soon looked to the sky and saw the black smoke, that was likely the answer.
