Mara's fur bristled when he started to mock her. She snarled in fury, but held herself back. "If you really think that I did it, even though the whole time I was doing my job, then I'll go with you. But when you find out that I was innocent the whole time, I expect you to apologize to me, and do my morning patrols for the next few days. This is a major set back in this pack's defenses, just so you know. I wouldn't be surprised if a pup could get into the territory without batting an eyelash." Mara once again approached him, but still made sure that they weren't close. She knew if she was, her blood would boil even more demanding revenge. She glared at him, the once dull brown eyes blazing with fury. It seems that Heterochromia was common in her family, because half her eyes were blue, and the other half a light brown.

Meanwhile, Mallory had just passed a pack's borders without knowing it. Once he recognized it though, he was already to far into the territory. His scent would linger, or maybe a wolf had already caught scent of him. He couldn't run very far if they did find him, and that thought frightened him. Mall thought that all pack wolves enjoyed violence, since his last one did, and took extra precaution to avoid them. But he was hungry, and tired. His walls were falling down because of his physical body's limits, and at times like these, he wished to be able to grant himself any power he desired. The only thing driving him was instinct and his mental strength. He felt like he could eat a whole herd of deer and fall into a coma for 2 years, but at the same time throw up the non-existent food in his body and not be able to sleep at all, slowly dying. But he tried to think positive, or else Mallory could drive himself mad. His main goal was to maybe find a kill that the pack wolves forgot, sleep in a safe area, and escape as quickly as he can. He wandered around, breathing heavily even from those small movements. He just needed to find food. Like that's going to be easy...
