Seeing the other wolves closing in, Amore decides to do the same and let her instinks (cant spell) do all the work. The white wolf growls, reading herself for what she was going to do. She jumps on the side of the doe, in bedding her claws in its side. The doe lets out a cry of pain an she could feel it struggle beneath her while she waits for the others.

Yes! If the three
of us eat, it
will qualify us as
a pack! I can
smell their eagerness, I
know I will soon
have two more strong
packmembers. I bite down
hard and feel the
doe's last breath. I
hold my tail up
and bare my teeth
to show that I
am the alpha, and
I start ripping open
the fallen doe, eating
her richest organs for
protein and then nibbling
her haunches. I let
my tail down as
a sign that the
other two wolves can
eat, but if they
get near me I'll
remind them who's alpha
now.

Makyre_Blood Pack?

Makyre leaps in when she sees the other two have gotten the deer by the throat, she goes not for the same spot but for its nose and mouth, trying to cover it and make it so the doe cannot breath. Once it no longer moves the black wolf sits down panting for a moment,trying to calm herself but when she sees Nightshade eating, she growls and digs in as well going for the front haunch, eating messily and nosily as she does so. She too growls at any of the other two that get close to where she is eating, until her stomach is past full, then Makyre stands pads off a ways and lays down to digest the meat.

I bite Makyre on
the muzzle softly, the
reminder of an alpha,
but I allow her
to eat. Pack positions
were being set, and
it seemed Makyre was
high in the ranks,
now. She was part
of Bloodpack. Amore, I
wasn't so sure, but
I believed I would
go home with a
full belly and a
strong, average pack of
four.

Amore brings her catch next to the doe the three killed and began to eat threw its cavaty. She took mental notes on how the wolf they call nightshade acted. They where strong and passed dominance; a good alpha. The only question Amore had to ask herself now is this: Was she ready to be in another pack? In a few days she will be 3 and that means she'd be without a pack for 2 years. That was a long time to be alone. She thinks she's ready...

see that Amore is
not eating yet. This
worries me, it means
that she is not

life. After a few
seconds of Makyre eating,
I give Amore a
signal that she can
begin eating.

Amore watches a the strange, yet alluring, alpha as he signals for her to eat. She hesitates for a second. Is she sure she is ready for a new pack? As her answer, she sits next to Nightshade and begins eating the doe. She's been ready for three years, she decides.

Got you. I now
have an average sized
wolf pack! Ha! I
sit proudly and regally
behind my two wolves,
wondering what their positions
will be. Makyre seems
like a beta, but
that does not make
Amore the omega. The
lowest rank isn't necessarily
omega, if you're strong.
"Where should we bury
these beasts?" I ask.
"I suppose staying on
our territory would be
good. It is awfully
nice in Winter, after
all.

"Why not on the outskirts of our territory?" Amore loved the sound of our more than she would ever admit. "It will be a warning to any who try to cross us. Let them know we are strong and ones not to be tampered with." She stands on all fours, crouching ever so slightly and barring her teeth with aggression. She was strong, but not as strong as her new alpha.
