[✗] ━ Ah, that's true." Viera said. "Agreed, hunting for them would be best. They do have a lot of mouths to feed, and we can survive off of plants for a while if it's truly necessary." She added, though in her voice was a twinge of disdain. She had never really come to enjoy eating plants, there was only a select few she truly liked, while others just tasted like... plants. She brushed away that thought. Earth Clan had made a mistake, and while they weren't involved in the destruction, they hadn't stopped it from happening even though they knew about it. They were still at fault, and they needed to make up for it, even if it had the chance of forcing them to live off of plants for a while.

Thinking about on ground hunting, he flew to the ground. He stalked around for at least one more piece of prey, something big, another deer, a bear, something. He looked at the sky noticing it began dimming. That's when he spotted a hare darting through the grass. It was better then nothing. He chased after it while making sure none of his kills flew off his back. He managed to catch up with the fast hare and snatched it by the stomach in his jaws. He adjusted the grabbed so he could kill it and then placed it on his back. I wonder if anyone is having good luck with hunting..

Hearing what Aliuvial say she grew worried. Imprisionment? Then again she could teleport her way out but that would mean she'd have to leave her new friend. She watched as another fire dragon stood next to Blaze. She was whispering something to him, something the shadow dragon couldn't hear, could she be telling him to kill them? Use them as bait? Or trust them?

She thought well knowing her leader took the medicine she gave him, knowing he was cooperative. "Your wing? I'll take a look at it once I get the splint put on your leg." When she was about to put the splint on he got up and went outside her cave. "Just when I thought he was being so cooperative, he moves." She muttered to herself before brushing that annoyance off her shoulder. "Whatever's going on out there ignore it. Blaze has it under control, I need to put that splint on your leg so it can heal and I need to have a look at your wing."

Ali glanced down at Aleta with a calm expression. "I think she's trying to help us." The copper-blue dragon watched the two fire dragons closely while huddling next to her friend in an attempt to comfort her. Would Blaze listen to his own fighter or would he continue to be stubborn?

Whisper was back in ice clan territory sooner than she thought, and she slowed her pace, taking in the wreckage of their territory. Dipping down out of the sky, she coasted along close to the ground, gliding over the tops of pine trees now buried in mountains of snow and ice. She remembered practicing flying between the trees when she was just a apprentice, working on her speed and control. She shook her head, tossing the reminiscence away. She pulled up short when her eyes caught sight of a deer struggling through the snow, alone and defenseless. "Perfect! I can bring this with me, maybe then.." her voice faded off, and she swooped down silently, her wings fanning wide around her as she dropped onto the deer, killing it in one swift clean bite. It was her hope that knight would let her stay if she brought some kind of apology gift with her, and with that thought she leaped back into the sky, dragging the deer carcass with her. She wasn't back to full strength yet, and carrying a deer that would have normally been no problem, slowed her considerably. But, soon enough she was back at the border to the neutral territory. She decided to land close to where she first ran into knight, but she was so distracted by trying to think of what to say and the nervous pounding of her heart, her landing was far from graceful. She started to land, then tripped over her catch, flopped to the ground and rolled a few feet with a loud thud and undignified "Oof!".

Kasey blinked in surprise when Shale suddenly appeared at Queranix's side, and he dipped his head before scurrying away. Shale intimidated him, and he had to ask himself why their leader had not taken action when the fire clan dragons had attacked. He shook himself, drops of cold water fly in every direction, and tossing the thoughts of their leader out of his mind. He was sure she had her reasons. He spotted Ebony Claw, and without thinking moved over to him. "Can you help me fix up the Fighter's den?" he asked, his voice holding nothing but a questioning tone and a soft head tilt. Typically he wouldn't have bothered asking Ebony Claw to help with anything, but this wasn't the time to let personal tensions become more important of the greater good of their clan.

Crystal/Ice Clan/Deputy/ Tags: Glacia, nimbus
Crystal trailed slightly behind Nimbus and Glacia as they swooped down after prey, his red eyes scanning the ground for anything that may be considered food. Luckily, there was still some prey lingering near the scorched areas of trees, as if trying to see if anything remained of their own homes, and he was able to catch a doe and her fawn. It was an odd season to see young deer, and he guessed the baby wouldn't have made it through the harsh winter anyway. He took to the sky once more, gripping his catch in his claws. His eyes returning to the ground to watch for movement among the burnt trees, but his mind was elsewhere.

Shale emerged from the alcove above her den as the rain stopped, surveying her camp. She had miscalculated. Leaping down into the camp below, she made her away to Queranix's side, her feathers quivering in anger. "I'm sorry. I never thought Wildfire would take it this far. I should have acted sooner." She said softly, jumping straight to the point, her ice blue eyes flicking in a mesh of both sorrow and rage. " Rest assured, Wildfire will pay for his crimes come the next gathering, I will be certain of it." She hissed, her voice level, but her eyes narrowed. Her wings shifted on her back, and she glanced around the camp once more, " See to it that we have fighters working on the dens, and out hunting, we must make up for our losses before the freeze hits us." she said, "I'm going to check on Dactyl, I'm sure this has affected him grievously." she dipped her head to her deputy, and then headed for the old dragons den. She approached with caution, and announced herself before sticking her head into the den, as to not startle the dragons inside. "Dactyl? Are you alright? The fighting has stopped, fire clan and earth clan are gone, its safe to come out." she said softly, peering into the den.

Marine noticed a grumpy dragon sitting across the way. "E-excuse me," she said politely, walking over, "C-can you help me? I've somehow managed to catch a twig on my wing and it hurts." The small apprentice winced as one of the thorns dug into her wing. "I can't reach it."

Ebony narrowed his eyes at Kasey, their last encounter still very fresh in his mind, but kept the snark out of his voice. "Sure." He avoided meeting the other dragon's eyes, as he still was very clearly upset with him, but he could tell Kasey was doing his best to be civil, and he wasn't about to make a fool out of himself by not doing the same. He stood and began to head over to the broken den, but stopped when he heard a small voice stuttering behind him. When he saw the Ice Clan apprentice, he kept his surprisingly calm demeanor where he might have been snappish in the past. "A twig, huh?" He bit back a sassy retort and looked her over, keeping in mind that he would be rather upset if his feathers were torn. He found the thorn and swiftly yanked it out in one motion. "There."

Ruby Flame had watched with interest as Blaze called out the two foreign dragons, ignoring the frozen lump around her tail in order to see how the interaction would play out. When the deputy threatened the two of them, she decided to step in. She sauntered over and stood next to Blaze, looking at him with her usual cool gaze. "Are you sure it would be a good idea to refuse their offer so easily? We did just attack them under false assumptions, after all." Her voice was apathetic, although her eyes glimmered oddly, as though she were egging him on. "I don't suppose you want a revenge attack coming to us in the future...?" She spoke this last sentence softly enough so that only he could hear.

Frost Wind sighed heavily as Whisper flew away, letting the young dragoness go but feeling uneasy about her departure. "Oh, I do hope she knows what she's doing..." She shook her head sadly, then turned when she heard Farthing's voice. "No worries, Farthing, I'm afraid our conversation has come to an end for a good while. And nobody's approached me yet, I think most of the attack was focused on the camp itself rather than the dragons... which is both good and bad for us." She frowned, remembering her encounter with Blaze in the prey den. "I think we should... wait." Arctic's approach had caught her eye, and the poor dragon looked absolutely miserable. "Come, I think he needs help." She rushed to his side and began looking him over, her concern only growing when she saw how upset he was. "Arctic, what's wrong? What's happened?" Her tone was calm and gentle in order to avoid stressing him out more, but she was very worried about him.

Dust Strike nodded. "Indeed. A new water source means a new place to hunt for prey. Everyone needs to drink, after all." He gestured for her to keep going. "Lead the way; I'll follow you." It would be nice to spend a little free time with a Clanmate as a way to take his mind off things. He had done his thinking, and there was really nothing more he could do for the time being. He was sure Ice and Shadow Clan would bring their demands to the next Gathering, and it would be then that they would all come to an agreement.

Queranix snorted. "With all due respect, my leader, I've already taken care of all that. There are multiple hunting parties of both Ice and Shadow dragons, and the others are seeing to the reconstruction." He sighed and shook his head as he watched her go. You should have been on top of these things... You should have been there for the attack... He had hoped that speaking with his leader would calm his nerves, but now he was only more worried than he was to begin with. She's angry enough, yes... but I have to wonder if she's taking this as seriously as she should be...

Koraphis gave a toothy smile, glad that the Leader agreed with her idea, and went to retrieve the goat she'd caught- she didn't want it being stolen by other predators, after all. Putting her kill over her neck so it was resting on her shoulders, she began to follow the steam down the hillside, towards the valley below. She could see it snaking down the slope, occasionally forming a tiny waterfall on jagged rocks where it could not erode the stone. Every now at then it got a little wider, a little deeper, and Koraphis' hopes grew with it.

She glanced back at the much larger dragon accompanying her, and explained "That is true; we could probably find more prey if there was a lake. But in truth, I was thinking something more... fishy". She paused for a moment, considering something.
"Sorry if this sounds silly, but have you ever had fish before"?

Kasey had little care for what Ebony saw him as at that point, it wasn't out of malice, he had simply tossed his mild grudge to the wind the second their clan had come under fire, and he was too mentally exhausted to think about the past. He watched for a moment as Ebony addressed a Ice clan female before turning and beginning to dig out the charred branches and ashes that were the collapsed fighters den. He shoved the blacked debris out of the den, creating a pile behind him as he moved further into the shell of a den, his paws and forearms quickly turning an even darker shade of black as they were coated in ash. He held his breath as much as he could, but the ash still burned his throat and made him cough violently. He worked his way further into the den, taking up a methodical pace, letting his mind be absorbed by the task at hand.

"She is..?" She whispered to Aliuvial. She watched the two wearily, she doesn't trust fire dragons, especially after attacking the shadow clan camp. All she knew was to trust her new friend, trust that she knows what she's doing. She relaxed more and mentally questioned if Blaze will keep them as prisoners or if he will hear what Aliuvial has to say. Then the medic came from the cave and inspected the deer they brought, her heart dropping hearing what she said, her words made her and Ali look bad. "W-W-We didn't know! We're n-not trying to posion you I swear!"

She sighed seeing Wildfire being stubborn and not listening to her. She came out of the cave and saw the deer covered in ash. "Did you two bring this? This ash covered deer could make a dragon cough and sneeze!" Right after speaking she sneezed and glared at the two. "See what I mean! I didn't even eat it and I'm sneezing!"
