I jump off the cliff, flapping my wings hard in an attempt to fly. I start to drop, slowed only by my frantic flapping. "Elp!! Elp!!" I trill, looking around for somewhere safe.

Carrol did not sleep long. She awoke to hear a shrill cry for help. She opened her eyes and walked out of her den, only to see zovat struggling to keep in the air. Carrol jived up into the air and caught her in her front arms.

"Cawol! Zov flew!!" I exclaim, gurgling to her in delight. "Di you see? Zov was fwying!" I snuggle into her arms, curling up and using one of my wings to completely cover me. "Zov tired now," I murmur before closing my eyes.

I frown. "But you fwy by yoursef all da time!" I complain, trilling in annoyance and sadness. I lift up my wing to look at Carrol. "I wanna fwy..." I say, ending with a yawn.

"Oky..." I unsuccessfully try to wriggle out of Carrol's arms. "Can't scape. Zov sleep here," I announce before curling back up, closing my eyes and promptly fall asleep.

Dragon Personality:
Devola, in short, can be described as polite, straightforward, and reliable. While she does attempt to be friendly, she can often come off as taciturn as she finds difficulty keeping up conversation. She wasn't very well socialized as a chick. Due to this she has grown very emotionally distant from others. This also makes it difficult for her to show her true emotions at times, and it's also made her quite resilient against those that would try to offend or hurt her emotionally. She is honest and loyal to the few she becomes close with, though sometimes she fails to see when to not be so honest.
