(Thanks)

Shira gave the dragoness a nod. "Pleasure to meet you as well,"she said with a smile. It wasn't all that often that she came across another dragon that was polite. Most were defensive or rude. "It was nice of you heal that dragon, and I gotta say, that's a pretty neat gift you've got,"she added.

She scratched idly at her snout with a claw at the praise, slightly embarrassed despite the fairly mild nature of the compliment. "It's... not an uncommon skill among light dragons," she answered softly, "but thank you nonetheless. It would be a waste if I did not use it to help those around me, would it not?" Given that her claw had already been hear her head, she mindlessly adjust the feather still tucked behind her horn, assuring herself that she hadn't lost it in the glide down here and the healing she had done following that.

Shira gave her a shy smile. "Ah, forgive me. I do not believe I've encountered a Light dragon before,"she said, hoping not to offend the dragon. She realized that she hadn't really met too many dragons in her lifetime. Only about a handful. Dragons tended to be independent creatures, or at least she always was. "I haven't met too many dragons in my lifetime actually. They seem uncomfortable around me,"she added.

"I suppose the same could be said for me. I've seen many from a distance, but recently it's seemed as if fewer and fewer are willing to... interact with others, I guess." Narmirra gave a vague shrug as she spoke, her eyes flickering around the trees before landing on Shira once more. "I'm not always... good conversation myself, I've been told. It is not a skill I exercise often."

Shira nodded, agreeing with her statement. "Dragon do seem to be more unsocial that usual now a days. Do you think it could have something to do with the humans growing in population?"she asked. "Or perhaps, they just prefer to be alone. I've come across many rude dragons in my travels,"she said.

"It may be linked to that? Not all humans are that bad, but many have been attacking dragons. Perhaps it has set them all on edge." She offered thoughtfully, her head tilted as she considered it. "Regardless, among the rather small number dragons I have truly met, quite a few have been..." she seemed to hesitate to use the same word Shira had, but finally settled on it for lack of a better term, "rude as well, some were outright hostile."

Shira shook her head at the first comment. "I can't stand humans. They're horrible. I've never seen a single one do a good thing. I try my best to stay as far away as possible from them,"she said. Her dislike for humans was very obvious. Her previous experiences with the creatures weren't very happy. The thought of humans made her bit upset, and the atmosphere around her got a bit of a static feeling. She shook that thought away. "Sorry. But yes, dragons have been a but more hostile lately,"she said.

Narmirra seemed a bit taken aback by the dragonesses hostility towards humans, her tail curling more around her legs as she shifted warily. Better to leave the topic alone, in that case. She absolutely did not wish to start an argument. "It is... a shame, but there is little we can do about it, I suppose. I highly doubt it is within our power to change the nature of other dragons." She offered slowly, letting the subject of humans drop in favor of the continued discussion on the dragons they had met instead.

Shira gave a short nod. "Sadly, that is true. We could accomplish so much more if we all worked together though. I've always wondered what it would be like to live in a clan,"she said, thinking of a community life. She often wished she had a family, since she grew up alone. "What do you think of the idea of living with others?" she asked.

"I suppose.... I am not inherently against it?" Narmirra answered slowly after a brief moment of thought. "It would all depend on the 'others', in the end. I don't much experience being around other dragons for extended periods of time, it would take a lot of adjusting at the very least."
