Raven chuckled. "I'm fine, just a scratch." she said. She looked at Chestnut. "Why don't you guys take the crdit instead of us beta's. I was where you are, and my beta's never let us take credit. Therefor, i'll let you." she said, smiling as warmth seemed to fill her eyes. She loved to give low-rankers credit. Seeing Gladiator wandered away, Raven tilted her head. She sighed, shaking her head, dismissing any thoughts that she had.

Blossom
She giggled as she tripped over some of the snow in front of her but scampered up again and ran towards the bird, but apparently having enough of the puppy Idrah took to the air and landed on a nearbye tree, her dark eyes glittered with amusement. "I almost got it! I swear!" Blossom yipped then attempted to strut over to them with as much dignity as she could muster, "I'm going to get really good one day, the super best!" She barked.

Mahdra
The old wolf chucked, "I'm sure you will little one." She answered as the puppy wagged her tail proudly.

He gave a half smile, "Your really bad at staying on the sidelines arn't you?" He asked as he heard Nix aproach, with amusement though he completely understood. Back when he was an beta the old alpha was always anoyed with Rook being underfoot. "I like the ocean, I can't hear myself think above the waves." He said simply. Taking his eyes off the horizon her turned to the white wolf, "How are the pups?" He asked.

Chestnut
Her eyes flared up with anger, "Excuse me? I don't know how things are done in your pack but we don't need a betas permission to tell us to own up for our own hunt." She replied hotly. The hunter's prides was flaring up, betas, they think they own the world. Her tail rose upwards. Chestnut was biting her tounge knowing she didn't want to push it though she hated the feeling like she was being pandered to, a hunter could do anything a beta could and held the same status, only the betas could push everyone around and the hunters only held authority during the hunt which was no over for the time being.

He flinched as he recognized the hunter as the one he had snapped at earlier for making fun of ScarletHart. In returne she had given him a sharp bite to the sholder which was still smarting. MountainAsh shifted his arm unconsciously, he thought RavenShadow was being very kind though it was clear the hot headed hunter did not see things the same way. Rowan nudged Raven sympathetically, "Let's get going, we've kept him waiting long enough." He said then began to walk away, not waiting to see if the others would follow. Truth be told he did not want to go see Teifling again, he didn't trust loners, but he had given his word and intended to keep it.

RavenShadow gave Chestnut a "Don't even think about it" glance, then replied with "Chestnut, i understand that, but i was only trying to give you something to smile about!" she said before nodding at Rowan's comment and smiling slightly. "Lead the way." she said, turning away from the hot-headed hunter, tail lashing. She understood why Chestnut would be upset, but she should have shown the respect that Raven deserved. Before they left, Raven looked back at Chestnut. "At least i have the respect and pride to let you low-ranked wolves to earn more respect. I could say that Gladiator killed the buck." she said, then looked away, signaling that she didn't want to hear the words Chestnut was about to say.

Teifling sighed, and began to groom his pelt, taking most of the dirt and grime off, his red pelt finally showing instead of brown.

Gladiator let them have their scuffle, not getting involved. The grey male stood and put a shoulder to the underside of the buck, trying to lift it. He gave glance at Rowan and Raven, sighing, before beginning to drag the buck back towards camp.

Infernum growled, "Chess, This isn't the time or the place to be arguing with a beta. Let's get this thing back to camp, then we can argue to your heart's content." He gave her a second warning with a pointed look as he padded to the buck, where the silent beta was trying to lift it. Hell's flames pointedly ignored the beta as he shouldered the other side, only nodding at the grey beast when he was ready to go.

Aer nodded, but simply lay his head down. The old male was tired, and by the great wolf mother he was allowed to show it!

Nix rolled her eyes at his sideline comment. She put her mind past the comment about the ocean before glancing at her den. "They are sleeping again. I get a couple minuets." The white female lay her head on the alpha's paws. "So, is she going to help us?" She turned her face up to look at the male.

Chestnut
For once, she was speechless. Chestnut was practically trembling with rage, the nerve! Treating them as if they were nothing more than two omegas, rather than seasoned hunters. Still, she swallowed her pride for now and began to help the others begin to drag the buck back to camp, still seething.

He smiled as he heard the sound of another wolf coming after him then frowned a bit when he saw Raven was alone, "Gladiator stayed to help the hunters?" He asked but quickly cheered a bit and wagged his tail, "I guess its just you and me," He said a little shyly, feeling a strange warm feeling now that it was just the two of them, "We should get to your brother soon, but you said you wanted to talk to me alone?" he asked.

Raven nodded. "Yeah, he's going to help them." she said, then smiled at his next comment. "Oh yes um.... well...... its a long story. I sometimes find myself.... i dont know..... its like i feel.... different. And sometimes i even call myself Darkla, and it scares me. She scares me, because she might be the evil side of me and..... i'm afraid she'll hurt you. She tried to take over just a few minutes ago, during our playing. I was lucky enough to beat her, but.... she's still dangerous... not only to me, but to you.... and to the pack. If i ever say anything to hurt you,it's Darkla talking, not me." she said, ears low, showing her fear.

Teifling stood, now completely groomed and his red pelt rippling with every movement.

Deloris sighed, laying down inside her and Geranium's Den. She closed her eyes, and could almost see.... something. It involved Ravenshadow, but who was the other ashen wolf? She opened her eyes. *Just a dream* she thought.

The poor beta looked at her in complete incomprehension. "I-I'm sorry, I don't quite follow." He said, trying to process what she had just said to him. "So this Darkla character, she's in your head?" He asked, shaking the snow out his fur a bit as they walked, "And she is you... but not you? I don't get it." Seeing her distress he nudged her with his muzzle, "Hey, it's alright." he said as comfortingly as he could.

Mahdra
She quietly watched as the puppy played in the snow, partly closing her eyes and relaxing. Nearby Idrah was keeping watch in the trees.

He sighed, "Yes, I think she is. It was good of you to come when you did, I get the feeling if she hadn't planned on doing something she wouldn't have come, though she was waiting for me to put aside my pride and admit we needed her help." He gave a dry laugh, "Which I'm not entirely sure would have happened, at least for a while anyways." His gaze wandered to her den were the pups were and the wisp of a creature on the edge of his vision that quickly vanished. He knew that they didn't mean ill will but that so many had clearly taken an interest in the pups bothered him. Still, all was well for now so he looked back at the white wolf, "We've got a long road ahead of us, I hope this wasn't a mistake." ScarletHart said then turned to look at the line of trees, somewhere behind there the mist was waiting. "I never told you about when happened in the mist, did I?" he asked.

Ravenshadow sighed. "I have multiple personality's. I am RavenShadow and Darkla. I am good and evil. I'm just afraid Darkla might hurt you." she said.

He was quiet for a moment before letting out a deep breath and shrugging his sholders, "Look... I always knew there was somthing diffrent about you." He looked away from her to the snow covered trees, "I don't trust loners who join the pack, or loners in general. I never have. But when you showed up, with your mysterous air and troubled past. Normally I would have been against you being integrated into the pack and yet when I walched you, I couldn't hate you like I did the others. I felt something else I-I can't explain." He told her quietly, "I was afraid then. I am not afraid now."

Raven looked at Rowan, facinated by his words. "I.... thats the best thing i've ever heard since...... since Mhenlo." she said, before giving Rowan a soft nuzzle in the neck. She licked him behind the ear, lovingly and gently. "I love you, Rowan." she said softly.
