Getting up to be at the stall for 6am had maybe not been the best idea.
Business had been slow, and they were sure they had already fallen asleep at least twice. Around them, the town had started to wake up, and the voices of many people filled the air. They stifled a yawn and stretched, desperate to stay awake.

He placed the small robot on the ground outside his shop. He needed to attract business, as he had just found out that he was earning less money than his mate, Bersaglio, and as competitive as he was, he wasn't about to stand for that. A demonstration of one of his latest robotic creations was sure to attract people to his shop. This one in particular was a small gardening robot, designed to take over the job of pulling weeds. He drove it over the cobblestone path, picking up any small plants that the robot came across.

She watched her mate from the window of his shop, shaking her head and smiling. She hadn't realized that the money thing would bring out his competitive side. She decided to leave him to it, and headed out to get some small grocery items to get them through the next few days. Exiting the shop quietly so as not to disturb Fyodor, she headed for the commercial district.

He awoke as soon as he heard movement in the house. He had been staying a Vivian's place once again, much to the dismay of Makoto, his brother. Still, it couldn't be helped. Now that they were dating, Jaidev had to divide his time evenly between his family and Vivian.
He got out bed, threw on a shirt, and walked into the kitchen.
"Mornin'."
