Onyxia growls and claws at the soil. "Of course no one listens to me... all they do is run away... i'll have to report this to shadow once i bring food back for the clan" She stalks off somewhere else, slipping into the shadows to find her prey... or even another dragon from a different clan to fight against. Her thoughts wander as she rushes from shadow to shadow, watching her surroundings quietly.

Vex dove after Ebony, diving into the mucky, black forest. As he landed quietly into the woods, he felt the black mud and dirt under his talons. With a deep breath in, he inhaled the smells and scent of his fair home. "I think I smell some prey over here," he whispered, pointing to the horizon. "Perhaps they have that rotten deer carcass for you to take to Onyxia." he added.

Ebony huffed. "I've got a perfectly good nose. I could smell them from above." He headed forward, melting into the shadows. "There's five. We don't need that many. But I can tell that one died recently. It's a bit further away, but it reeks." He waited impatiently for Vex to catch up.

"Hmm, yes, I would say it's about four days old." Vex tipped his nose to the ground, stepping next to Claws. "Would you care to attack them at the same time? I can count to three, and we can lunge at them. Or, if you have another way, feel free to tell me. As long as we get food, I'm fine with whatever technique." he suggested in a laid-back tone.

Ebony frowned. "I could handle it on my own. But whatever." He huffed. "We'll be done faster if we go at once." And then I won't have to deal with anybody. He crept forward silently. Shadow can stuff it when we bring her this.

"Indeed." Vex crouched down, creeping closer to the group of prey. He licked his sharp fangs in anticipation, his talons twitching in preparation. "One, two.." he paused, flexing his muscles. "Three! Now!" he launched himself at the prey, grabbing onto a stag deer. He sank his fans into it's neck, expecting Claws to be right behind him.

Ebony snarled and threw himself at a doe, his feathers fully fluffed out to make him look bigger. He dug his sharp talons into the deer, not letting go until he felt it go limp. He smirked and let the deer fall to the ground. Let Shadow just try to chew me out for this. He turned to Vex, folding his wings against his back and letting his mane lie flat. "Think that's enough to get them to leave us alone?"

"Have you forgotten?" Vex inquired, hoisting the dead deer on his back. He allowed a small pause to go by as Claws thought about what he was talking about. "The rotten prey, Claws. Let's go find it and play a little joke on Onyxia." he insisted, his eyes brightening. He loved his clan very much, despite how they normally didn't get along. But, despite this, he was still a mischievous dragonet at heart. The thought of playing a prank on a clan mate always excited him.

Wings threw herself at the doe and took a swing at it's head with her claws, Wings instantly noticed a flaw there, especially when the doe's head fell off, "Wellllllll, that didn't go like I planned, oh well." Wings shrugged as she snatched the deer head up in her jaws and the carcass in her talons. Wings spread her wings, gave them a few flaps and lept into the air and headed towards the camp, 'I'll going to do extra training..... and maybe end up doing extra duties.'Wings growled at the thought and just kept on flying towards the camp with the most-likely-angry leader.

"You think I'd forget such a thing? Ha." Ebony rolled his eyes and picked up the prey in his front talons, lifting into the air a little. "I just wanted to make sure we had what we needed first." He turned away from Vex. "And don't call me Claws." There was a hint of a growl in his voice. He headed toward the carcass, wrinkling his nose at the nasty odor. Perfect. I'm sure Onyxia will just love this. Unlike Vex, he despised Clan life and would much rather be out on his own; however, fending off four Clans was just not something he could handle, and he had hoped that by joining Shadow Clan he could at least fade away and live unnoticed. To his annoyance, though, Shadow seemed determined to put him to work, and being forced to socialize with Onyxia and Wings was almost too much. Vex seemed to irritate him the least, but it was little more than tolerance for Ebony. He didn't like other dragons, and was determined to have as little to do with them as possible.
