Kao tensed at the dragonet's movement closer to her and crouched lower to the ground, a habit she had gained if she were nervous or scared. "U-umm... Just be my im-imagination." She said awkwardly, placing her wings over her head defensively as more thunder crashed in the dictance.

Jay opened her mouth to protest, but kept quiet and stuck her tongue out at Myloe as he flew up towards Artrius. "Lucky..." She grumbled towards him, looking around for anything else to do in this camp, finding nothing. She grunted in annoyance and walked over to a tree, slumping down under it and curling up to shield away from the rain.

Myloe looked over at Jay, a smirk of triumph flashed across his face before spreading his wings and flying up next to Artrius. He always enjoyed a good hunt, the best part is when it's completely quiet and your meant to be stealthy and silent like a snake. It's one of his only specialities.

he blinked before looking up at the sky, a bolt of lightning flashing in the sky, while the rain seemed to worsen. he sighed before looking back at the other dragonet, noting that she seemed afraid, probably of him or the lightning. he widened his eyes when suddenly thunder crashed, closer then before. he let out a ye before his tail curled between his legs. he glanced at the shadow clan dragonet, her wings still over her head, before he nudged her with his wing. "w-whats y-your n-name?" he stuttered, obviously trying to make small talk.

Kao hesitated for a moment, shaking slightly. "U-umm... It-it's k-k-kao." She stuttered, her fear of loud noises affecting her speech quite badly. " I-im sorry it-it's just th-that I'm rea-really scared of l-loud noises. " she admitted, cowering further under her wings.

"w-well i-im conch" he stuttered, his ears raising a little before flattening against hsi skull to block out noise. "i-im not a b-big fan o-of l-loud noises e-either" he offered in a low voice, before saying "i d-do h-hope t-this storm e-ends soon", before his eyes wandered out of the den to look at the soaked, muddy, ground. he let out a sigh of defeat on slumped on the ground completely

Kao nodded intensely at Conch's comment, "I h-hope as we-well..." She agreed, her voice just barely a whisper as she heard a quieter crash of thunder but then a louder one following it making her jump a little. She curled her Smokey tail around her muzzle and screamed internally, and her wings closed tighter around her body. "Pl-please stop..." She whimpered, her voice drowned out by more thunder.

"Excellent." Jaspar commented, smiling. "Do tell, my Leader, what can I do to help? We are going to be attacking this very night, so we will have to be quick in order to execute this plan." He looked up at the sky, and worriedly noticed the time of day. It was almost noon, so they had no time to waste.

Glacia/ Ice Clan/ Leader/ Tags; Ebony Claw.

"Well, it's normally just not done. That's why you're so hesitant, despite how much you don't like it here." Glacia began to explaining; her tail pointed upwards and softly moving left and right. "Clan Dragons normally stay together, and keep each other safe like a family. They provide for one another, and make bonds. Through this friendship, the Clan grows stronger. If there is no harmony between your dragons, then they will be weak and vulnerable." She stated, "That harmony is not here with you, it's very obvious. There is no friendship with all dragons, and mostly just wishes for one to help themselves." Ebony Claw was right, that Glacia really wasn't one to run away. That is, unless the situation was so bad that nothing seemed that it could be fixed. That nothing seemed to be worth it.

Blaze/ Fire Clan/ Deputy/ Tags; None.

Once he was done with his maneuvers, Blaze landed into the forest and began to hunt. He crouched down, the cold ground giving him a shiver up his spine. He would hate it when it started to snow. That white, powdery substance always got everywhere, and it was freezing cold and could actually suffocate someone if they got in a avalanche. Blaze prayed that this big freeze wouldn't be harsh.

Vex/ Shadow Clan/ Warrior/ Tags; Sparrow Hawk.

"Well, to put it simply, yes. However, it had nothing to do with her health, thankfully." Vex began, "Yet, the memories still give me a lump in my chest. I should explain what happened to you." Once they were inside the cave, the Mentor tidily made his bed, so Sparrow Hawk could rest. "Eventually, Obsidian died, and it was announced that Shadow would be her successor. To say that Mystic was upset about this would be an understatement. She loved our last leader very much, and refused to follow someone different." Vex paused, taking a deep, exasperated breath in. "So much, that she ran away. And, Mystic didn't return."

Dactyl The Resilient/ Shadow Clan/ Elder/ Tags; Spirit.

"That is correct, Spirit. You're very observational. However," Dactyl smiled, resting his wings loosely on his back. "These Mystics were just as powerful as us. Therefore, with their abilities able to target certain elements of our dragons, we had a incredibly hard time battling it. The Mystics were aware of this, and attacked us daily. It was torturous."

Arctic/ Ice Clan/ Warrior/ Tags; Dream Land.

Snow began to cascade down the mountains, it's speed deadly and impossibly fast. Arctic took to the sky, tackling Blackout. But, once he looked down at the Shadow Dragon, he had suddenly disappeared from his talons. Confusion and fear rippled through Arctic's expression, the snow rumbling behind him as the past expression on Blackout's face flickered through his mind.

Ebony nodded slowly as Glacia went on. "Well, you're certainly right there. Not that I've ever had 'harmony' with anyone, heh." He smirked a bit, but it faded rather quickly. Although... I suppose there could be something close to that... Maybe? He drummed his claws on the ground in thought. "So you wouldn't think it childish of me to... essentially run away?" He cringed at that last statement, he didn't much like the sound of it either.

Ruby Flame shrugged; she didn't much care what Wildfire was doing. She took to the air and looked around, a herd of deer catching her eye. She circled lower and lower, finally swooping down and picking off one of the stragglers. She took care to be swift enough to not send the herd into a frenzy, but they were on guard nonetheless. Again she swooped, this time going for a bigger doe. She dug her claws into its side, watching calmly as the rest of the group fled.

Frost Wind shook her head again, letting her tail lay still once more. "No, I don't believe Arctic will cause any trouble. However, I will deal with him when he wakes up, just in case." She could tell Farthing was rather intimidated by all the Ice Clan dragons. She gently rested a claw on his shoulder and gave him a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, Farthing. I know our Clan is in your space right now, but we mean no harm. We are grateful for your hospitality, although many may turn their noses up at the unfamiliar territory. Neither Glacia nor Shadow desire any conflict, and any dragon who disagrees will have to answer to them. If one leader isn't intimidating, I think the thought of dealing with two will be enough to deter any who wish to disturb the peace. And I will do my own part, of course."

Dust Strike thought quietly for a moment. "I'd like it if you could keep an eye on things here. I would entrust such a task with Canyon, but..." He sighed heavily. "I am afraid my deputy has been acting more and more childish as time goes on. And not in the fun way, either." He frowned slightly. "I am going to have him stay behind now that I've changed the plan. I can't imagine he'll be happy about that, and I half expect him to do something foolish like try to come along anyways. If you can, I'd appreciate it if you could maybe talk him out of anything brash." He smiled sympathetically. "Sorry, I'm sure it's not the noble duty you were hoping for. I'll find a way to make it up to you later."

Queranix laughed and straightened himself out, making his body as aerodynamic as possible in order to keep up with Kasey. His sodden fur tufts weren't ideal for speed, but he could manage just fine in spite of them. He started to pull ahead, grinning at his opponent as he nosed his way into the lead. He knew he'd be hard-pressed to beat Kasey in a storm, but he wasn't about to give him the victory so easily. "Don't get too confident now, or else you'll be eating my dust!"
