Carter scribbled down what Koen had said. He seemed very surprised. "This little one is going to be very gifted." he said, smiling some.

" I'm fine it's just a small cut even if it doesn't drain too much energy it still drains energy" He said a kind smile on his face.

"Thanks for adding to a first time mother's worry you two." She placed her wing back down instantly feeling calmer knowing her foal was safe. "Sorry love." He smiled and nuzzled her neck gently. "Could you check the foal and compare the size from the first time."

[Boomer]

"I don't mind at all." she said, "But that's your choice." Mary saw her pups playing with Alessa. "She sure is a quiet one, isn't she?" murmured Mary.

"Of course, that's very easy." said Carter, "This way, please." He walked into an empty room and kept the door open for them.

They both followed Carter into a room. It was big enough for them all to stand in with room left over. Koen felt a little nervous. He knew about ultrasounds and seen them being performed but this time, he'd be able to see his own foal. Asurri lifted her wing again so Carter had more room to work with.

Carter started up the machine and put the gel on Asurri's underside. He then scanned her and found the foal rather quickly. "There it is." he said.

Asurri smiled looking at the screen, the foal had definitely grown since she last saw it. "Wow... I was amazed the first time but now I'm astounded." Koen moved closer to the screen in silence. No words could ever describe what he was feeling.

[Boomer]

"There's the skull." said Carter, pointing to the skull of the foal. He was able to pull up pictures from the first ultrasound. "I know Koen didn't see it the first time, so here's a side-by-side." he said, "Your foal sure is getting big."

Squinting her eyes she focused on the screen. "Carter, move to my other side..." Koen was admiring the images of his foal when he heard Asurri speak up. "What? What is it?"

"You're the boss." said Carter, scanning the other side of Asurri's underside.
