Tenshi watched as the group left and decided to follow. She heard something about a skating rink and a smile twitched the corner of her jaw, revealing sharp, pointed fangs as she smiled. "This is going to be interesting.." she said to herself as she headed to the parking lot and stopped behind a black dodge charger. She threw her weapons into the trunk and got in the car. MOVE by Luke Bryan was on and she blasted the parking lot with the music as she drove off in her suped up car. Country music was something she had just started listening to and this song was one she listened to while training. It had a good beat and She liked it. She stopped by her house to pick up the skates she had gotten as a present last winter and then headed to the rink. The Charger revved loudly as she entered the parking lot and parked. She grabbed her stuff and entered the building and headed for the locker room. After putting her stuff away, she went to watch the others.

Reese made his way inside the change rooms, putting down his things and his bag. It took the wolf quite a while to get ready although he did his best to be quick about it. He figured the rest of the group would be in the rink by the time he was done. The male finished tying up his skates and then stood, grabbing his hockey stick and a puck before heading out. The male walked down a hall way and out passed the benches to a gate that lead right to the ice. Reese lifted the metal latch to open it and out he went gliding smoothly across the cold surface, giving a wave to Tenshi. The wolf tossed the puck down and began dribbling it back and forth as he skated at a good pace down the ice.

The young woman went to the locker she had rented out and put everything in there that she thought should be in there. Locking it up tight, Nita went on ahead and found a spot to sit down to put on her skates. The shepherd and wolf mix scanned around her before hesitating on making a move to step foot on the rink. It had been roughly 10 years or so since the last time she had set foot on the ice, and she had to take a deep breath before she gathered the courage to get back out there.


The memory of her little accident flashed across her mind and she stood still for a moment before getting over the fact of it and slowly began to skate around the rink. Not wanting to take any chances just yet, Nita started off slow by doing a few spins and twirls, but would take it slow.

After going through everything I needed to do mentally, I checked my phone for the time, and to see my notes for anything special. There was the list that I had just gone through fully in my head, a list of books I wanted to read, and a list of numbers from my old friends. On the school checklist, there were a few silly things inserted, since I had my mother write it up for me. There were two things at the end, one being "Make friends!" and the other being "Have fun!". I laughed at seeing both of these, my mother was very serious about not being serious, most times, and she only wanted the best for me. Mainly me having fun, being happy, and enjoying myself.

➼ Reese took a shot, slapping the puck towards where the net would be if there was one. The puck making a loud thud as it hit the boards and came back to Reese. The male took it again and switched directions skating in a long curve. He noticed Nita on the ice, and as he glided towards her he saw she was taking things slow but she was spinning and twirling which meant she was good at skating. "You're a figure skater too?" he called to her as he shot the puck at the boards again, this time at the opposite side of the rink.

Nita spin around and twirled in the air, then landed with ease. The fae turned to face Reese and began to skate backwards. "I used to be. I kind of miss it honestly and I kind of want to get back into it again. I haven't been on the ice in a very long time haha." she said and spun around once more, and took a deep breath. There was one move she didn't dare do since she knew what happened last time she did it.
