Rise From the Ashes (Wolves with powers, accepting!)

[So Felon wants to find a way across the river. She forced Phoenix to jump, and he broke his paw. Felon got Phoenix out and killed him, and he ended up back at camp. Now Obtuse is leading a border patrol, alongside Phoenix, Breeze, Disdain, and Churl. Aera is leading a power-training session with Maggot, Runt, and Quinton, though anyone else can ask to join. Elder Solara is talking with her son, Hunter. They need to head east, which is across the river.]

[Box of Nightmares]

Aera looked down at Maggot. "It's alright, I have a place in mind." She grinned, beginning to head out of the entrance and making sure that all three of them were following. She would take them to a clearing nearby, where they could have some empty space to move around. It would be hard to make sure they weren't ambushed, but she could fight, and it wasn't too far from the camp.

Quinton rolled his eyes at the two and ran after him giving a few seconds head start and still beat Maggot "slow pokes!" He smiled.

Runt giggled some and ran after them brushing against Maggot "such a show off " she said softly

[Aera and Quinton (Betas) are going to improve their powers by training using them, and Maggot and Runt (Omegas) are going to try to find their powers. ^_^]

Maggot bounded after Aera as fast as he could, on his tiny fragile legs. He was really not more than a pup. In the old Ash Pack, he would have been held back, because of his size. He would have remained in the nursery for maybe half a season longer. But times had changed, and he was needed for a role as Omega.
"You know, my mom always used to complain about bad teenagers," he giggled. Maggot really did miss his parents (both were put down by the elder Solara), but talking about them lightheartedly helped him a lot. "I asked her what the worst type of teenager was... she said, 'normal teenagers'! But here we are, functioning perfectly in our own pack!"
"Hey!" he exclaimed as Quinton beat him. He was so ridiculously fast. Maggot laughed. "Your super-speed is just going to make you crash into trees, you big bird-brain-"
Maggot swerved sharply to avoid a tree.
"Whoops! I'm the one who almost crashed into a tree!" he was almost crying with laughter.

Quinton laughed and shook his head covering his face with a paw "I swear Maggot you are going to hurt yourself before we even start!" He teased gently not really meaning to hurt his feelings but just to lighten things up.

Runt smiled some she never liked talking about her parents but shrugged it off and did what Maggot dodged. She hit a tree square in the head and whimpered but laughed "I did it for you!"

Obtuse nodded, feeling happy that Phoenix might actually take her advice and be careful.

Hunter watched the conversation between Solara and Felon with interest. Once they had finished talking, he decided to make his way over to Felon. He then greeted her with a quick "Hello"
