Regis trotted into camp, weary. He was the only scout, and with a sigh, he retired to the sunny patch in front of his den. He was lonely.

she needed some fresh air, so she got up and slowly exited her den, taking her fartherless pup with her, seeing Regis she pawed the ground a bit embarressed but struck up the courage to go and talk to the handsome brute. "Hello, Regis."she said kindly her newborn pup wriggling in her jaws.

Regis raised his head, seeing Blade approaching him. "Hello, miss Blade." he said, in his slightly british accent. "I trust you're well?" he said, sitting up. he looked at the pup fondly.

she smiled gently sitting down and laying her pup on the floor, "yeah apart from my broken leg im fine, how about you."she asked smiling still.

"I'm well, a little lonely as the only scout. What's your pup's name?" he asked, tipping his head. "Little one's adorable."

"Thank you, hes called Zeus, im just deeply upset by the fact he hasnt got a farther to grow up with real farther or step farther, I,m just a old beta I have nope hope of finding a farther for this one."she sighed sadly looking at Zeus.

Regis felt his heart pulled towards this fae. "A strong name for a strong-looking pup." he murmured, his thoughts beginning to whirl. "What if I offered to help raise him?" he murmured, smiling gently at her. "I can't stand seeing a fae sad... and no pup deserves to live without a father-figure."

"Thats is mighty kind of you, Thank you."She said dipping her head slightly in thanks, by this time Zeus had ventured far enough to be able to bury his face in Regis coat.

Regis' eyes softened even more, and he nuzzled the pup's head. "I wouldn't wish being fatherless on my worst enemy." he murmured, smiling as he looked down at Zeus.

his eyes slowly opened a crack then fully, they were a sea blue, he gazed around first at regis then Blade.

She smiled at him "i wonder what its like seeing the world for the first time."
