I saw Sal take the keys and let out a relieving sigh just before the vet came back and held the strange thing against my chest. It was cold and they held it right above my heart.

Sal set the keys under a chair silently. She winked at Snake and smiled. "Get the keys on your way out," she mouthed to him.

"Ok" I mouthed back. and quickly glanced back to the vet.

"Well, there are lots of different places. But I lived in the cold snowy place. But I heard there are forests, deserts and oceans."

I laid down. "How was it like in the snowy place Tagen?" I asked my ears held up high and my eyes were big.

"Well, it was very cold. And cloudy, and windy. There was snow everywhere you looked 24/7. There were other animals there too."

"Like what?!" I asked awed.

Teacup ran up to Snow and Tagen. "Ooh! Story time!" She sat down and wagged her tail furiously.
