(It came to me when I was trying to find a reason for the 'organic' part of his name.)
"Machine?" Foccs asked, still too weak to move. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't remember anything about how he'd gotten here. All he could rember was his name, and a fragment of an order he had been given. "Ash..stripe," he said faintly. "Need...to find... Ash...stripe."

"I don't think you want to do that, Ashstripe is not one to pick a fight with. He's an Alpha, and likes it that way, trust me. I have experience." Swift said, shaking her head. "Wouldn't do anything wrong, either. And would definitely protect his pack from any rouge, like..." she trailed off into thought. Memories raced her mind. Ashstripe. Hearing that name sent chills through her spine. What bad blood. "Just, don't do it." she spoke faintly now, staring at the ground.

The entire process of operating normally took a couple of hours at the longest for wounds like the ones the female fox had accumulated, but after a few hours of work, she finally finished. Cynthia wiped her brow with one of her paws and got up. The fox was now sleeping peacefully, herbs placed by her head to help her to breath and to keep her on the brink of sleep, but stil sleeping. She didn't want to leave her by herself, but she had to go tell the Alpha of her progress. Within moments she had the other warrior fox's scent and sprinted after it. After a while, she arrived to his destination panting, but glad to find the male with the Alpha. "Alright, I tried my best. She's resting now, but it looks like she'll make it. I'm going to stay here until I can be sure, but everything is done. Now, it looks like I should run over you two to make sure you both are taken care of. I don't want to stay from her for too long, so if you both would follow me back to the cave please." she said to the both of them, a weary smile on her face. She was exhausted, but being such was the life of a healer. They never stopped until everyone was taken care of, and right now the Alpha and the warrior needed her help. She would rest later if she could, but there were never anything that was guaranteed.

"Need... Find...him...," Foccs said. He tried to stand up again, this time rising shakily to His feet. "It's... Important."

Ashstripe and Silver followed Cynthia willingly. "Thank you, for all your services," Ashstripe began to lecture. "You saved a fox, one of my foxes. An amazing feat that you did not have to do. Especially due to you not being in our pack. I am eternally greatful to you," he said, bowing his head. "Touching," Silver said sourly, "Almost brought a tear to my eye," and then Silver bursted into laughter.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa there, tiger. I wouldn't do that," Swift remarked, putting her paw on FOCCS' chest. "Ashstripe and I.... we uh have a.... "special relationship", so I know how he is. Trust me," she said. Even more memories flew through her mind. She put a paw to her head, and began to cry. She broke down into tears. This was her melt down. She hadn't cried ever. Not for the whole Ashstripe experience. At all.

Cythia gave a smile and chuckled. "I may be from a different pack, but I have a duty as well. Just like it is a warrior's duty to protect the pack and the Alpha, a healer's duty is to heal the sick and wounded, no matter who they are or what they have done. There was no way I was going to stand by after hearing your message and knowing you have no healer." she said. She then sighed and frowned. "It sort of distresses me though that your healer is nowhere to be found even after you sent out that message. If I hadn't gotten there in time, your warrior would have died." she added. She then giggled at remembering the beginning when she got there. "It does make me happy though that your silver-furred warrior there cares so much about her. It's nice seeing someone smile when they think it could be their last moment..." she said. "And I'm not saying it to assume anything or offend anyone, it's just nice to see."

Foccs was unsure of how to react in this situation. He could tell the other fox was distressed, but he didn't know what to do about it. He felt something, like an itch that was just out of his reach. He couldn't really do anything except stand there awkwardly. "I have to find him," He said finally. "I don't know why, but it's one of the two things I can remember. He might know something else about me." With that, he set off towards Pawthud territory, or what he guessed was towards Pawthud territory. He found his eyes straying to the top left corner of his vision, as if searching for something, something he had used a lot but was now lost to him.

Silver shook his head. "No, nothing like that," he told Cynthia. "I was just proving a point," he said. "Anyway, how is Auma doing?" Ashstripe spoke up. And then he stopped. Just stopped. "I hear someone else's thoughts... an unknown fox." he said. Silver listened in. He definitely heard some fox in confusion. It was looking for Ashstripe. "He's talking to Swift," Ashstripe said, shaking his head. "I thought we agreed... nevermind." "Who is it, Ashstripe?" Silver asked him. "I don't know, but I opt to find out." and with that, Ashstripe bounded from the other two foxes, heading east. "Ashstripe, you need help!" Silver called after him. "Protecting my pack comes first," he hollered back.

Swift sat there, still crying. "I'm sorry," she said, getting up. She wiped her tears. She then saw Ashstripe coming towards them. Swift backed up, futher into the woods.
