Thunder snapped at sparrows flank. Then backed off. He growled and walked the other direction. "Leave it a lone." He muttered to himself.

Angel looked at Sergio. "It great except for all of the drama between having a mate and not my brother needs to give it a rest."

Sparrow got to the lake and collapsed crying. She growled. "Why? Why does he have to do this? I don't want him. I need kit." She whined. "Kit." She whispered while tears streamed down her face.

He thought he heard someone say his name but then he shook his head and kept helping Storm.

Sparrow got up and felt a sharp pain in her side. It was bleeding a little where thunder had snapped at her flank. She shook her head and licked her side. Getting up, sparrow headed back to camp. When she saw thunder She hurriedly walked to her den.

She smiled at Kit as he helped her back to the pack camp.

He smiled back at her, and then stopped when he saw Thunder, a growl reputed from his throat but he shook his head.

He looked at her confused, "having a mate and not?"

Sparrow continued to lick her side in her den while tears swelled in her eyes.

Jay saw a look in thunders eyes as if he had done something wrong. He growled as he walked passed.

Angel looked away and sighed. "I get that having a mate is fun and all but why go through everything to get one? All of this nonsense and fighting over mates is stupid." She said thinking of her brother.

Thunder watched kit. "What have I done? I bit her. I attacked her!" He said to himself

She looked at Kit and nudged him, "go check on her I know your worried about her...I can. Make it the rest of the way to my den."

He looked at her, "are you sure.." She nodded and he began walking towards Sparrows den and then he smelled blood, "sparrow!!!" He yelled running into her den looking at her, she smelled like Thunder, "what did he do to you!?!?" He growled angrily.

Sergio
"It doesn't have to be that way all the time, having a mate is having the special person and knowing they are there for you and even if there are rough times...." He paused saddness filling his eyes, "you get through it together..." He finished.

Sparrow looked at kit then to her side. "Nothing. Its nothing kit." She gave him a reassuring smile.
