Alistair had been spending the majority of his time in his room, searching through the books he had found in the library. He was no longer searching for the night vision spell, he found that shortly after his little encounter with Katana. Now, he was trying to find out where the last invisibility cloak was located. By now he knew basically everything about the invisibility cloak, it's lore and history. He knew that the actual invisibility cloak isn't invisible until you place it fully over your body. Until it is it appears as a cloak made of velvet. Through his search for the last one he discovered that plenty of them used to be made for guards in aiding them protecting the kingdom. But, thieves got a hold of the ingredients and began making them to aid them in thievery. The kingdom at which had originally made them finally got ahold of the ingredients once more. Shortly after doing so the thieves were thrown in jail and nearly every invisibility cloak was burned. They would have burned all of them but the last cloak had an enchantment on it that kept it from being burned. Unable to break the spell the ingredients to make a cloak and the last cloak was given to an ancient dragon to guard along with it's heap of treasure. Legend has it that this dragon was so ancient every time it had to sleep it would rest for at least twenty thousand years unless awoken by a being. Alistair threw a book across his room, turning back to his desk as the book slammed against a wall. Where is it?!?! I must have it in the name of discovery!!! He thought in frustration. He grabbed the last book he had yet to look through. He flipped through pages before turning back to the front of the book where the contents were. He blinked, Page 403 Lore and believed location the last invisibility cloak. He read silently. He flipped to the page in excitement, but soon found that it was too good to be true. Page 402 had clearly been ripped out of the book. His brows furrowed and he frowned. He looked to his bedroom door, Hmm... I wonder who tore it out. He thought as he stared at the door. Just then he heard a knock on his door, his ears pricked as he called, "Come in!" Bernadette soon surfaced from the door, suggesting she phased through the door. "Sounds like your having trouble dear Alistair." Bernadette said softly as she floated over to the fox.

Alistair snorted, "Since when were you concerned about me? Besides, you did expose the fact that I going down into the dungeon." He hissed as he looked at Bernadette. Bernadette just smiled, "Oh, well, I didn't know it was supposed to be secret." The ghost deer replied in a seemingly innocent tone. He glared at the spirit, "Sure you didn't. You know pretty much everyone is banned from that place, the dungeon is practically off limits. Now, stop playing games and tell me what you want." He snapped, Bernadette's grin grew broader, "I know your searching for the invisibility cloak and I know where that very paper is that tells it's location." Bernadette stated simply. Alistair stood up abruptly from his desk, "Where is- ..... Wait. No, are you trying to set me up? Why would tell me anyway?!?! One wouldn't think someone such as yourself would get into-" Bernadette placed her hoof on my mouth to end my babbling. "Shh, let me explain." She replied and removed her hoof from his mouth. "Now, first of all I am indeed a ghost, and you can't exactly imprison a ghost. I know who has these 'sacred papers' and among them the paper at which tells the location of the last invisibility cloak. If you want me tell you who it is you must promise one simple thing. I need you to tell absolutely no one else who has these papers and you speak to no one that I told you who has them. Understand?" Bernadette asked, Alistair gave an eager nod. "Good. Now, before I tell you I must inform you of something else. If you need any help sneaking into the dungeon if you manage to steal the paper that that person has and survive your possible future encounter with the most ancient of dragons then you can look to me for it. But, you must do something for me in return, do not ask what for I haven't decided. Now, listen carefully. The woman who withholds the sacred papers, all the records of things that the rest of this kingdom should never ever know is Alaia. Who is Alaia? She is refurred to as the old hag of a witch who lives in a cabin in the most forbidden part of the woods. Though, in truth, she isn't an old hag, she is a young lady. She also isn't exactly a witch." Bernadette explained. I blinked, "Mind telling me what she looks like then?" Alistair asked the spirit. The ghost deer shook her head, "Nope, that's for you to figure out love." Bernadette chuckled before floating off through the door faster than he could say cheese wheel. He panicked a bit and ran to the door and opening it, he sighed when Bernadette was nowhere to be seen.

Hours later Alistair was treading through the woods, the most forbidden part at that. It wasn't a wonder why, the tree canopy was so thick in this part of the forest it drowned out all sunlight, and who knows what lurks in the darkness here. He stopped and looked up from the map float in front of him. The fox levitated his lantern a few feet in front of him to get a better look at the trail ahead of him. He sighed, it was much too dark. It was then that he heard a twig snap behind him, Alistair barely had enough time to turn around before something hard hit his head and all went black. When he awoke he found himself shrouded in complete darkness with something cold wrapped around the ankle of his back left leg. Once it felt like his vision cleared and adjusted as much as they could he turned over onto his back. Alistair heard a rattling noise when he did this which caused his to jump which, like a domino effect, caused the rattling noise to pierce the silence again. It took Alistair a few minutes to realize that the chain rattling correlated with the movement of his left leg. His ears flattened against his head as he pulled his leg toward him and it was stopped. He was chained to the floor or something. His ears pricked when there was the sound of a match being struck, soon a nearby lantern was lit. The now lit lantern shadowed the face of a long haired cat wearing a black cloak. The cat's amber eyes seemed to stare right through mine and into my soul. The cat seemed to watch me expectantly, as if waiting for a reaction or for me to ask where I was. I swallowed, just as I was about to ask the cat for his identity he held up a paw to halt me. "The question is not who I am, but who are you." The cat stated. I gave a faint chuckle, "I believe that is quite the contrary." I replied, the cat simply shook his head in reply. "You are in my domain." The cat said, "But you abducted me." I stated matter-of-factly, my brows furrowing. A broad grin formed on the cats face as he soon let out a laugh. As he let out a laugh he looked off to the side as if he saw something there I didn't. The cat's laugh ended abruptly as his head whipped toward me, his pupils forming into thin slits. "My identification is not of importance to you or any other outsider. Now, who are you?" The cat demanded, his voice now rather loud. His voice seemed louder than it was in the cave's atmosphere.

((I'm going to make an awkward conversion from third person to first since I keeping making mistakes... .-.))
((Ugh, I have the feeling people are giving me strange looks now.......))

Alistair's eyes grew wide, he swallowed, "I am Alistair." He replied nervously. The cat laughed, I was beginning to think that this cat's voice sounded rather Russian. The cat's laugh ended abruptly as he swiftly pulled out a dagger, next thing I knew the dagger was against my throat and the cat's nose was mere inches from mine as he seemed to glare into my eyes. "The Alistair?" The cat asked, but before I could answer the cat smiled and pulled his dagger away from my throat. "I never would have thought that Alistair would be in these woods. My apologies for not recognizing you, I've only heard your music off of records. It is an honor to be in your presence Alistair." The cat said with a grin as he twirled his dagger in his left paw. That grin is making me feel uncomfortable... I thought as a nervous smile formed on my face. I had learned quickly that this cat was rather unpredictable. The cat seemed almost as if he read my thoughts, his grin faded so that the very corners of his mouth were turned down. His brows pushed inward as he seemed to give me a disapproving look. The cat stopped twirling his knife and adjusted his seating position and looked down at his knife, which was now being held in both paws. "So, the Alistair is not happy with the cats grin. Shame..." The cat said as he slowly looked up at me, his brows still furrowed and his pupils once again becoming slits. The cat pointed the tip of his knife toward me, "Why don't you say that to my face Mr. Alistair." The cat said but before I could say anything the cat abruptly stood up and yelled the same sentence at me while pointing the knife down at me. I shrunk down, "No, no. I-I... perhaps I misread you. I didn't mean-" I was interrupted by the cats laugh. The cat put his knife away and looked to me with a rather bright grin, "I really got you didn't I Alistair? Ha! You should have seen the look on your face, ha! It is alright Alistair, not many people like my smile." The cat said and sat back down. I swallowed hard and let out a nervous laugh.

"So, Mr. Alistair," The cat began, adjusting his position so his side faced me, soon looking to the darkness behind him, "why are you out in the most forbidden part of the woods." The cat asked me. I swallowed hard again, it felt like there was a knot in my stomach, "I am looking for Alaia." I replied. I didn't exactly feel comfortable around this cat and I feared it was showing. However, the cat didn't seem to mind as far as I could tell, which worried me. The cat looked back at me, "Ah, miss Alaia. I am familiar with her. She's quite the unsociable one isn't she? Heh, that doesn't surprise me, considering her past. Pity the poor girl." The cat said, though there was not a touch of sorrow in his voice, as a matter of fact he was smiling still. The cat looked back down at his knife and continued, "I could take you to the cabin at which the woman lives if you'd like. Actually, I'd be obliged to Mr. Alistair!" The cat said excitedly as he soon pulled out a key, one I suspected to be the key to unlock the shackle on my leg. I might as well accept. "Alright then, are you sure? If it's not any trouble-" I was cut off by the cat as he unlocked the shackle on my foot, "I'm already in trouble Mr. Alistair." The cat replied. I wondered what he meant by that but I decided not to ask.

Hours later I was walking through the forest in silence with the cat. Our only light emitted from the lantern that I suspected the cat stole from me. The cat came to a sudden halt and his front right leg flew in front of me to stop me. "There be her home Mr. Alistair. Also, I'd be more than happy to guide you back to the kingdom if you'd like." The cat offered, I just nodded, "Yeah, sure. Thank you for your help. Also, can I ask you why you imprisoned me?" I questioned, it didn't exactly add up why this cat would knock me out, hold me hostage then suddenly willingly let me go and offer so much help to me. The cat just chuckled, "It was a mere misunderstanding Alistair. Also, why are you looking for Alaia?" The cat asked me, staring into my eyes again and making me feel as if he were staring into my soul. "And don't tell me it's personal business. I want a direct answer." The cat added. I sighed, "I really can't say, I promised someone I wouldn't." I replied, the cats brows furrowed. "Mr. Alistair, I have the feeling you know well that I am some form of criminal. And I feel this certain air about you that makes me think you are up no good sir. You do not have to tell me directly what you are after, just tell me what you want from or with miss Alaia." The cat told me sternly. The cats words made me feel even more uncomfortable in his presence. But, really, it should come as no surprise to him revealing he is a criminal. After all he did knock me out and imprison me, he also appears to be hiding in the woods. Since he is a criminal and obviously wanted for his crimes then it's no mistake that he's hiding out here. I sighed, "Alaia has something that I want. I have the feeling she won't give it to me so I plan to steal it." I replied. A broad grin formed on the cats face as he soon let out a chuckle. "Mr. Alistair, you are making a mistake trying to steal from miss Alaia, she has a powerful weapon, or should I say weapons, by her side. Faithful companions they are. Tell me what it is you need to steal and I will retrieve it for you Alistair. I am much more skilled at these tasks." The cat replied. I blinked, I didn't know if I could trust him. It seemed just as that thought came to mind the cat reassured me I could trust him. I inhaled a very deep breath and held it for a minute. I sighed, "I am looking for the paper that tells where the location of the last invisibility cloak is." I replied. The cat grinned, "Of course! Heh, but I'm afraid you may not survive the encounter with that ancient dragon! How about you let me come with you on your adventure, hmm? I will supply the necessities for such travel." The cat stated, I blinked. "Why would you-" I was interrupted, "Because, since I started loving your music I promised I would serve Alistair in a few trials if I ever got to meet him!" The cat replied, seeming to have already known my question. And with that the cat snuck off to steal the papers.

((Alright. Since this appears long enough I'm going to do a random time skip in which the cat basically steals the paper, not exactly without going noticed. Alistair and the cat then go forth on their lovely adventure and manage to come back to the forest with the invisibility cloak. Alistair has a few burn marks on his back and disguises the bandages that cover them with the extra black cloak that the cat provides. As for the Russian cat, he broke his front left leg and got a severe gash on his side. The cat goes back into hiding and Alistair is now currently in his study room trying to make preparations for infiltrating the dungeon. I do believe that my Russian cat will resurface somewhere else. *Sinister little girl laugh* O.o

Going to add a bit more... yeah... just a bit.))

I winced and moved a bit in the chair I sat in, I believed it was time to put more medicine on my wound. I had been writing down plans of when and how I should infiltrate the dungeon, I had even drawn a map of the area outside of the dungeon doors. I constantly kept marking and remarking the places I most suspected guards to be. No, wait. He'd be here... right? No, he'd- no they, there will be two guards on either side of the dungeon doors. Agh! How am I supposed to get them to move! It's just an invisibility cloak I can't phase through walls! Wait, maybe I can move quietly to the front of the door and teleport to the other side? No! That's too dangerous, I could end up being stuck in a wall because I can't see where I'm teleporting! I thought in frustration. I sighed and erased some of the x's that symbolized where the guards might be a remarked them on either side of where the dungeon door was drawn. I smacked the paper in frustration, I was tempted to tear it up but that would mean I would have to walk all the way back to where the dungeon doors. Then wonder about trying to draw the area accurately from an above view, and this time I could be caught doing that. I sighed and looked toward the nearby window (I have not a hint at whether it's night or day). I looked away from the window and leaned back in my chair, this was too frustrating. I needed a break. Just then Bernadette floated into my room. She hovered by me and looked at the drawings. "Seems you've been hard at work for quite awhile." Bernadette commented, "Yes, I have and it's very frustrating. Also, there's this thing, and it's knocking before you enter." I stated and looked over to Bernadette with my eyes narrowed. Bernadette just chuckled in reply, "Where's the cloak?" Bernadette asked before looking around the room. My brows furrowed, "It's hidden, and why would I tell you?" I questioned and sat up from my slouched position. Bernadette frowned and looked at me, "You are well aware that I told you who had it. Therefore I have all the right to see it." Bernadette stated as she glared at me. "That's right, you did tell me who had it. But dear, I'm afraid I don't care. I did keep my promise and that was apart of the deal. But, letting you see the cloak, I'm afraid wasn't." I replied, turning to face Bernadette while I still sat in my chair, with a smirk on my face. Bernadette appeared to grow very angry in response to my reply, her once bright and beautiful glow becoming a dark red and her white eyes and mouth turning jet black. "You play a good game... Alistair. But I'm afraid it's... game over." Bernadette said slowly in a rather demonic voice. My eyes grew wide and I was sure the skin under my fur turned white with the fear that I was feeling. Suddenly, without warning, I become even more fearful of Bernadette than I already was. Something didn't quite feel right in my head, something that was truly difficult to explain. I let out a scream of pure terror and proceeded to try to get as far away from Bernadette as possible. My leg was grabbed by Bernadette and I was dragged back to my desk. Bernadette forced me back onto my seat and placed her hooves on my shoulders. Her face was mere inches from mine as she spoke, "Poor... poor Alistair." Bernadette said slowly, I blinked. "Wha-w-what do you mean?" I asked fearfully as I felt my shoulders twitch and jerk as if in effort to escape Bernadette grasp. It was then that I noticed how cold Bernadette felt, "Poor Alistair..." Bernadette said again, not a hint of emotion in her demonic sounding voice.

I didn't remember much after that, perhaps I had fainted from the fear. But the last thing I remembered seeing was Bernadette's face. I didn't know how long exactly I was asleep but when I awoke I found myself laying on the floor inside my room. I blinked several times as my vision adjusted, my head was pounding. I was afraid to move or stand up, so I lifted my paw to touch my head. At first everything felt fine but when my paw reached the left side of my head my fur felt matted and moist, it was then that I smelled the strong scent of blood. I slowly sat up only to be returned with dizziness and almost fall back down. I turned to where my head was laying and saw a small pool of blood. I carefully stood up, soon almost falling and quickly grasping the turned over chair. I carefully stood up and placed my bloody paw on my desk. After I the dizziness cleared I looked around my room, it was in complete shambles. I knew that at that moment Bernadette had stolen the invisibility cloak. "Why would you do this Bernadette?" I thought, trying to process this but my head was pounding too hard for me to think much.

((Dun, dun, dun!!! Betrayed by the ghost who helped him. Yeah, I don't think Alistair is very good at making good decisions... Alistair is open for anyone to somehow stumble upon him. I mean, he did let out a rather loud scream so... meh.))

Jasper

He gave a I-Told-You-So look. "I tell you it's too cold and you attempt to swim. Hum... What will I do with you?" He chuckled and found a bunch of logs strapped together with strong rope to form a platform. 'Not the safest transportation but I can't leave Elusive here.' He thought and tied the remainder of the rope to the boat and the platform. "Now careful.. It's not really stable." He mentioned and jumped in the boat.

Jay

"I'm sure we got everything back home." He said and took flight. He flew next to Winter as they made their way back.

Elusive whinnied and stepped onto the platform gingerly. He gave a look to jasper before pinning his ears.

Winter nodded and sped up a bit. "Good thing the forest isn't too big to fly over. But ah never mind" she said and began to fly a bit faster "maybe we can spot jasper on the way...to you know make sure he is safe and all" she said hearing jay say the murderer was still in the woods

Jasper

He finally reached land and helped Elusive off the platform. He then breathed and took everything in. "Back home... We're home." He said and noticed something off about where he was. He took a pathway through Elkmire with Elusive. "Hmm... This doesn't feel right." Once he said that, a chill ran up his spine. Immediately he mounted Elusive and raced out of there. Behind him, a shadow monster pursued them. Though when they finally left Elkmire, the monster didn't chase them but stay in the woods. He shook his head and came to the castle doors. He dismounted Elusive and stared at the large, tall doors. "I wonder what's become of this place..." He questioned aloud. He then knocked on the door and waited.

Elusive neighed and nudged jasper. He lipped at the air and then began to lick the male. Playfully the stallion neighed and pranced around jasper wanting attention

Jellal walked out, he walked downstairs and brewed some green tea. He carried the tray upstairs using his magic (of course). He put the tray on the nightstand.

Darkmoon

She got up and followed Jelall. "Hehe, I have to admit that you're kind of cute." She said and nuzzled him. She li cked his bitten ear smd nose. She decided to return to her room and rest. She laid down on the guest bed and closed her eyes.

((So sorry but my characters are busy at the moment Fury ;n; ))

Jasper

The door slowly opened and he saw Katana. Katana growled but then stopped and stared. Katana then nuzzled him and rested her head on his shoulder. He sat down and looked worried ay Katana. 'How long has it been?' He thought. Katana didn't want him to see the castle as it wasn't clean. She walked around the village with him happily. 'I wonder if anyone will remember besides the castle staff.' He wondered. He turned away to grab Elusive to follow them both before returninh to Katana.

Jay

He flew down in front of the castle and disappeared inside. He darted up the staircase and into his room. He also left his door open for Winter.

Winter chuckled but followed behind. She made it up a few minutes later. Once she got to jays room she pushed the body on the floor. She sat down on jays floor once the body was in the room "I probaby dislocated one of my shoulders by doing that" she mutterd "okay now we...er....we should probably find a necromancy because I'm like 20 and they would have experience" she said

"Thanks Wisp but... I'm not really hungry...", he said, looking at the food bag. He sat down. "...Feeling better now?", the archer asked, referring to the pain Wisp was feeling.
