Safire yawned as she flew out of her nest. Her recent meal seemed to slow her down, and sat hard in her stomach. She shook her head and sighed. "Never going near the humans again for food, even if I'm dying of starvation." She sighed and landed, cringing at the pain in her stomach. "I'm a gryphon! Afraid of nothing! A little cramp WO t stop me" she tried to walk, but ended up falling. "Or maybe not." She growled. Perhaps she was sick, really sick. She screeched, it was low and shaky, she hoped somebody would hear, before it was too late
