Dove took Oktaku's hint and crouched low, prowling around the edge. When she spotted the hare, it had started running. Desperate not to make a fool of herself, Dove gave chase in large bounds. She suddenly found herself almost next to the hare and grinned down at it. Then wham! Dove and the hare both slammed into a wide-trunked tree. She sat up, rubbing her head with a forepaw.
