Frost

Frost sighed as Adement flew away with Silver. Suddenly, a bad thought struck her.
Something bad was happening... she could sense it. A dark aura was somewhere... her eyes narrowed as she detected another aura... Glide's? Somehow, Glide's aura felt colder and darker, and was no longer warm and energetic. She quickly followed Adement, her eyes wide with anxiety. She paused, gasping. She could sense the aura of Glide and some other dark wolf, as if they were right next to her. She could smell them too.
Wait a minute... Glide can blend in.Concentrating, she tracked Glide's aura, following it into a few shadows. The scent of Glide was overpowering, and Frost knew she had found her friend. "Glide?" She called nervously.

Glide grinned:
Time to play some games... she sent a thought to Calawai and she got an immediate and exited response.

What do you have in mind? he asked telepathically.

Lesson number one...
Fire and ice don't mix.
She thought cruely.

Frost

Frost paused. She heard no response, but she just knew Glide and the other wolf were there. She narrowed her eyes suspiciously. "I know you're there, Glide. Come out." When there was no response, she became worried. The aura around Glide was getting darker and colder by the second. "Come out, Glide." She said firmly.

Glide
Glide glanced at the sharp metal collar that he wore. Instantly Calawai knew what she was getting at.

That tree looks pretty old and dead... Angle your collar and maybe the summer heat and the moonlight can cause it to burn.

A light beam shone out of nowhere and suddenly the tree beside Frost began to smoke like heck.

Smart thinking rookie. Calawai thought.

Frost

Frost gasped, staggering. The tree next to her was smoking, and flames were quickly burning nearby ferns and bushes. That's it.She thought darkly. The fire was spreading quickly, and flames were licking hungrily at her white and blue pelt. She tracked the other wolf's aura, concentrating. Narrowing her eyes, she snarled and pounced on the other wolf, pinning him to the ground. She faltered from the oppressing heat, but growled softly.

Glide
Guide her towards the fire! screamed Glide in her head. Calawai Rolled over towards some of the flaming trees throwing Frost just fur lengths away from the hazardous flames.

"You are to weak to resist the power of the shadows!" He growled "Soon your pretty little friend Glide will rule with me. She will thrive to a higher power, the spell is sealing on her soon you won't be able to reverse it! She will be the queen of this island whether you like it or not!" He said pushing Frost's head towards the licking flames.

A screeching call echoed from deep withing the smokey shadows, and over 200 bats stormed out of the trees heading straight for Frost.

Glide emerged from the shadows, her body so black it was hard to look at. A metal chain hung around her neck, identical to the one that Calawai wore.

"Let us give you a first class escort back to your home..." She growled in sarcastic kindness. The bats began closing in... Trying to swarm her.

Frost

Anger swirled around in Frost. Anger at that... evil wolf who had taken control over Glide... her anger built up as the bats swarmed her. No! I might hurt Glide!But her anger tipped over, and...BAM! The bats flew everything, covered with ice and frost. She growled and sprouted needle sharp ice-shards from the ground, trapping Calawai. A full blown blizzard started blowing, scattering snow everywhere. "You won't take Glide. You won't." She snarled angrily, facing Calawai with glowing green eyes. The ice needles slowly edged closer towards his throat.

"OH you think I turned her into this?" He chuckled "We'll I'm afraid, you are mistaken." He chuckled more.

"Not only did she choose to become this way: but she was influenced by you and all of your other friends. But I think I can understand why..."

He winked at the pretty wolf and morphed into his raven, flying away quickly. Glide followed behind him, they looked identical like two of the same raven.

Frost

Frost stared hopelessly as Glide flew off with Calawai. Oh, Adement... be careful.
She sighed and padded away, feeling rotten. I gave up on Glide. I gave up on Glide. Oh, what a terrible wolf I am.She thought sadly, tears flowing freely from her eyes.
