"where is reedstar?" stormsplash challenged. "is he too afraid to even show his face in a gathering?"

''My leader is not able to attend this meeting.He has other clan business to attend to that needs his urget attention.He asked me to come on his behalf and has asked that you pardon his abstance from this meeting.'' she replied calmy but stern to stormsplash.

He huffed. "yeah right. There may be a icystar soon." he murmured to fern paw. She nodded.

Lionpaw scooted over to minnow paw. "let's go."

QuickStar stepped up. "I will, thank you very much." she said, "hunting is very good, and all our clan is healthy and strong. We found some kittypets by the border, but chased them out easy." she finsished. Pale light shone up from the hills. "it's daybreak" she whispered to lionpaw. "let's meet tomarrow morning." she said, following her departing clan. Lionpaw nodded.
