Starlight panted, sitting up. "Your pack will be strong, if its lead by you." She commented, crouching down in a submissive bow. "Where'd you get a,l your scars?

Starlight grunted as she lapped at her wounds. Why would a fae fight so much? She wondered to herself.
She flicked her nicked ear to remind herself of her scar. I might have some new scars from this battle. She thought. She scented the air, searching for some prey scent. Oh yea! She had forgotten about her hare. She padded over to it and started eating. Not that warm anymore, but still delicious.

She paused, wondering if she should share some with Cadenza. Would she accept it? It might make her seem weak. Starlight realized as she took another mouthful of hare. I tasted nice and earthy, and helped her believe that spring would come soon and the prey would flourish.

"Do you want some hare?" Starlight finally asked. She'll probably refuse, she should be proud since she's so strong. She muttered to herself thoughtfully.
( isn't it hard trying to keep up with dark skies wolf RP and this at the same time? X3)

Starlight blinked. "You can have some, if that doesn't ruin your pride." She said, sitting back.
"Or you can hunt."

Starlight shrugged. "I can hunt later, I ate something yesterday." She padded away from her hare and sniffed the air to see if there was any easy prey. But the breeze only brought scents of cold and snow. Winter is hard this year. She thought sadly.

Starlight twitched, a little agitated from Cadenza's current arrogance. Not my fault she's stronger than me. She thought bitterly. Most of her wounds had stopped bleeding. None of them look like they'll become scars. She thought hopefully. They'll most likely heal in only a few days. She started lapping them again.

At least I'm faster than her. Starlight sighed as she continued lapping her wounds. " so... I heard you were making a pack." Starlight remarked.

Starlight scented the air again. Her mouth watered at the scent of caribou. I'm not well enough to hunt caribou.. She realized with a pang of disappointment. She sat there for a while, her tail twitching. Her hunger won her over and she followed the scent. She crouched down to the ground as she spotted large, brownish bodies walking around. She peeked over the small she was hiding behind. The caribou were calmly chewing on some tender shoots( the plant one ). Eyeing a calf that had wandered from the herd, Starlight stalked it. She stepped as lightly as she could. The calf stopped to sniff a patch of grass. Now! Starlight leapt at the calf with her claws outstretched. The calf quickly whirled around and ran towards the herd. I have to lead it away! she landed in front of the calf and chased it in the other direction, but it was too late. As the calf tripped and fell into a snow drift, she finished it off. Delicious. she thought. Turning around with the calf in her jaws, she was about to go back to Cadenza's den when a pair of thick and strong antlers stopped her. And angry looking face was behind the dangerous branches. Starlight whipped around and raced away as fast as she could. The buck flipped her up with his antlers. She landed on her back. The buck came again and whacked her with his antlers. Starlight yowled as the buck threw her up again. She tried to escape the fury of whacks, but every time she tried, the buck would whack her harder. How embarrassing! Starlight thought feebly. After a while, she finally came back to Cadenza with the calf.
