He had somehow ended up exploring the pack's thick forest that day. Nothing had seemed out of place nor very interesting to him. He hadn't found anyone willing to talk to him let alone hang out with him. He had decided to stay alone that day until someone had decided to talk to him. He would make up for his loneliness tomorrow with someone, anyone. He sat at the breadth of a creek, his front paws submerged in the water. He watched leaves and twigs float by in what had seemed forever. Soon, his eyes fluttered closed for an unexpected nap. Hopefully the pack wouldn't have any fun without him.
2.
Venus lay at the entrance of the healer's den with half of her body outside of the den. She wished some wolf had gotten into trouble so she could help them,yet, no dumb wolves has pertained in this pack yet. She sighed and lifted her head taking a look around the camp watching the wandering wolves go on with her daily buisness. She didn't let another minute go by before she gave up waiting. She stood up, shook her pelt and padded away from the empty den. She walked over to a patch up grass that had been warmed by the sun, she decided to take a nap there since there was nothing else to do that day. She hoped that a wolf would approach her and have a conversation about the day, but she knew not to let her hopes up too much. She set her head on her paws and soon her eyes closed shut and fell asleep.
