"Yea!" He busted the wire open at the top of the cage door. "Come on, squeeze through!" He said. The other dogs barked pleading for freedom, he ignored them.

"How about this?" He said snagging the keys off the front desk and unlocked the cage door using his snout.

She jumped through, happier than she has ever been. "Now where?"

"Home," he tilted his head,"where do you live, I'll take you home,"

"I live nowhere; I am a stray," she said glumly.

[Lindsey.]

"What!" He said stunned, "nobody so beautiful should be a stray!" He grabbed the paper off the ground and motioned her to folllow. "Coming?" He said.
