I sighed, it had been a long day and sudenly I found myself in a pack. I was a protecter, I protected the pack and guarded the dens. I was ready for sleep, I walked over to the protecter's den and got in. I yawned and looked up into the stars.

Aster guards the entrance.
Lunaris woke up. Not noticing Aster in guard she walks in the protectors den to talk to him. Seeing one of the new members she introduces herself."Hey, I'm Lunaris. Hunter here. I don't recall catching your name. May I ask what it is?"

I looked up at the female. "Hello Lunaris." I nodded in greeting. "I am Akito." I chuckled. "So you are a hunter?" I asked. "I had thought about that before but it never fit me."

Lunaris laughs lightly. "yes, I am a hunter. I hear that you're a protector, am I correct?"

Mars sighed as she sat up in her den. She heard the voices and went off in search. She found Lunaris and Akito. ' Hey, Um Lunaris, I think we got off on the wrong foot. Would you be willing to wipe the slate clean?' she asked cautiously, Tensing slightly if this were to turn bad.

Midnight heard talking in the Protector's Den. She slowly opened her eyes and sat up. Walking silently out of the den she padded over to the Protecter's Den. Sneaking up on her friend, going past Mars on the way and signaling her to keep quiet, Lunaris she yelled,"Ahhhhhh!!!" At the same time tackling her and laughing.

Lunaris yelped in surprise, but finding out it was her friend she starts laughing. "Good one!" Lunaris says still laughing. And adds "yes mars! Of course. I will admit it was a bad start!"

Mars bowed her head, 'Thank you, the way I spoke was automatic. You don't get to be Beta if your a push over' she says with a small smile.

Lunaris smiles back. "Understood"

Midnight laughed loudly and rolled over. She suddenly stopped laughing, stood up, and listened. Her ears straight up, she heard another twig snap loudly. Quietly she slunk out of the den and watched the surrounding woods carefully. She silently flicked her tail signaling Lunaris over to her.
