While waiting, Adana could smell the scent get stronger every minute. Apparently she was over excited and was ready to pounce when the creature was spotted.Leaping down another branch, she could smell the scent just right below her. Seeing a slight movement, she hissed lowly was leaned back a bit. Smirking, Adana suddenly unsheathed her claws and leaped off the branch, diving down towards the creature. Crashing onto Scarlett, the young hyena pinned her to the ground with a thud. Before crashing onto the furry fursona, she sheathed her claws so she wouldn't cause so much damage to the possibly helpless creature. Fattening her large, round ears, Adana just hissed a bit, the fur on her back rising to show that Scarlett possibly may be a threat. This was a very strange creature, unlike she has every seen. A feline with a body of a canine. This confused Adana a lot, but she just grumbled," I knew someone was fallowing me.."She says with a scowl, her thin, tail swaying around and her hair that hid her blind eye blew with the forest wind.

Licking her lips, Scarlett's eyes scanned the treetops. Occasionally they would flick and flutter from spot to spot, but overall they just lingered casually. Her eyes fell upon a shape in the trees, it's tail swaying as a soft breeze blew by. However, the felupine did not leave her gaze on the animal. It had not faltered in the slightest, for it was still scanning, as if she had never saw her. However, she turned to face the opposite direction and sat, tail curling neatly over her paws. Lifting a forepaw, she unsheathed her claws and examined them, her expression reeking of nothing but simple apathy. "It's not nice to not greet someone when you see them." Scarlett called, placing her paw back onto the ground. "Is that the way your Mother taught you?"
