"I'm Rafael. Call me Rafa." Rafa said, waiting to stick closer to the two newcomers. They didn't look in such great condition, and he didn't blame them.

Shadow:
Oh, no. No, no, no. She really shouldn't have done it. If Rain explodes...oh, this will be bad...Rain hates being spoken to before she said anything to an offer. I thought, but followed the wolf, keeping an eye on my sister's bloodied face.


Ice Rain:
I felt too tired, cold, and most of all angry for words. I was ready to, as Shade put it, explode. I glanced at the large male. Then, at the female.
Then, I followed.
I didn't know why.

Rafa stayed near Shadow, on the far side of Ice Rain. She looked pretty mad about something, and he wasn't about to provoke an attack.

Dream could see the thoughts of the two sisters floating around in her mind, mixing with her own. She didn't have to look over her shoulder to know that they weren't exactly happy about following her. She shrugged it off and kept going. She would talk with them when the reached the center of the territory.

Shadow:
Sorry, I mouthed. She is...unbalanced.
Well. That was true. I rarely saw the normal Rain I'd known as a pup these days. She was unbalanced, and quite so.

Ice Rain:
I flickered in and out of existence as few times, teleporting briefly somewhere I didn't know, then calmed down. I decided I was just tried. Well enough to go along with this for sometime. I could always leave, I supposed.

Rafael dipped his head to Shadow in understanding, his eyes hollow with memories of W.A.R. He himself would probably have become unbalanced if not for the pack.

Shadow:
I stepped silently, wincing at the noise my smaller sister made.
"So, how does a pack wolf?" I asked, ignoring Ice Rain's random disappearances and appearances. The forest shadows startled me slightly, not like I'd ever admit it.

"Well, hunters work together to feed everyone, and fighters like me protect us from other packs and hostile loners. We all have to trust each other to a certain extent, although liking is not required." said Rafael. "Does she do that a lot?" he asked, watching Rain teleport repeatedly.

Shadow:
I shrugged. To an extent, she did. Mainly to calm down. I had a bazillion really stupid questions to ask. I didn't. I just nodded.
"Sounds cool." That was a really lame thing to say. "I mean...you know, sounds better than W.A.R."

"Don't forget the alphas and betas!" Dream put in as she heard Rafa explaining the ranks of a wolf pack. They were almost at the center of the territory. "We can stop here." she said before turning to face the others. She sat in front of them, keeping her head and tail erect, though not as erect as the alpha would have.
