Banja tried so hard to come up with the word but couldn't. She was not amused at all and hated it when that happened. She looked to Luna for it and waited for it to magically float into her head or for Luna to say it.

No one knew but Luna cant just read your mind, but can put thoughts into your head and speak there so no on else can hear her talking.
I dont know if i can tell you she said in Banja's mind. Luna sighed out loud. Fine. My powers are weakening, and without the powere seed i cannot be healed. it is too dangerous and i dont want to put my pack in danger like that. i am going to trust you with this Banja. Dont tell anyone unless i choose to tell them myself or if i say you can. Please, Banja. i cant risk your guys' lifes like that. My life and powers are going to be cut in half which means i only have a couple of years left. Thats why i plan to have a litter and do everything soon. I wil have to tell Nova. Luna nuzzled Nova's neck.

At the news Banja's head drooped. She couldn't bear the thought, but still nodded saying she wouldn't dare speak a word about this. "no it can't happen!"yelled tears falling then she turned and ran to a peak and lied there crying on the cliff.

Luna turned and looked at Nova and nuzzled him then turned and ran after Banja weakedly. "Please understand. I am the alpha and it is going to happen no matter what, just a little sooner than we thought. When my time does go up, you shall take my spot and find your own mate." Luna looked at Banja empathetically and sighed. "Maybe there is a way we can cure me. its just that i dont know what to do if any of you get hurt."

"Take your place!" she wailed "no i won't allow you to leave us!" she yelled overwhelmed with pain of every kind. "i will find a cure for you, i will change this even if i have to die!" she continued. she refused to let anyone in her pack to die.

"No. You shall not die." Luna walked next to Banja and nuzzled her sisterly. "i will protect my pack no matter what."

"Lets go back." Luna said looking towards the dens where she left her pack wondering about her. "They all know now..."

her mouth dropped open, "what? already?" she sighed then walked back down.
