I saw a whole herd, running towards camp
"Snap" I thought
I ran back to camp and shouted
"Stampede!"

Alara jumped as Dokuna landed, and flailed in shock as the owl spoke. She looked up, still in shock, at the barn owl. "How did..?" She could hardly spit the words out.

Lucas had made his way back to camp with the fawn and heard Amsterdam's warning, accompanied by the stomping of hooves on the forest floor. His eyes widened. He slipped into his secluded den, taking shelter from the stampede.

"RUN!" I shouted

Lucas shuffled to the back of his den as the herd poured into the camp. He could feel the ground shaking as they stomped about. Dust fell from the ceiling of his den into Lucas's fur. He scowled and crouched low.

I had no place to hide, I was running too fast my wound split open
"agh!" I shouted, running for help

Alara heard the commotion and shook her head, leaving Dokuna to go see what was happening. She climbed a rock pile to see Amsterdam running from the deer, blood dripping from his opened wound. She gasped in fear. "This way!" She howled at him, ducking under the rocks.

As Alara howled it was too late, I was heading for a tight space, surrounded my rock walls

Alara cried out. She flattened her ears, waiting for a gap in the group of deer, and streaking through the stampede. She yelped as a hoof collided with her back, but she pushed on and got to the other side, ducking into the space Amsterdam went into. "Amsterdam? Are you alright?"

Dokuna saw the stampede, and instinctively took flight, landing on a high tree branch. She had to divert the rest of the herd away, because in the air she smelled blood. She jumped off her branch and dived down, landing on the ground. As soon as she landed, she transformed into a grizzly bear. Roaring to try to scare them off, she did receive some nasty kicks, but finally, the herd steered away. Exhaling in relief, she shapeshifted into a barn owl to find Alara and Amsterdam. But when she went to fly, a sudden pain went up her left arm, and she went down. Luckily, she didn't have to walk far to find the two. " oh, there you two are. Good that your alive, at least in not pieces. How are you two holding up?" She asked.

"I'm okay, I've got a bruise but I'm fine." Alara answered, hearing her voice but not seeing her. She resealed Amsterdam's wound with her healing. "Did you have any other problems?" She asked him.
