Deriko looked eagerly up at his parents, turned to smile a puppy smile at his twin, but didn't notice Mando sitting behind him. he wasn't sure how to treat Mando. A white puppy in a litter of two brown pups didn't make sense. He also acted like his other brother a fair bit of the time, so if that was how Dexter felt, Deriko felt.

Spencer
I cleared my throat "Ok boys, i'm gonna teach you a nessesity of life" I paused for effect "hunting". Grinning, I looked around at the boys. Dexter and Deriko looked like they were exluding Mando, so I decided to say something "Boys, include your brother" I gestured to Mando.

Dexter
I screwed up my face and put on a disgusted look "Why? He looks funny" I whined. I didn't want to be friends with Mando. He was white, and we were brown.

Lekunai glared at Dexter she didn't like that they excluded Mando just because he was different then him and Deriko". Because if you don't include your brother today then I won't teach you or Deriko how to be stealthy not only when your hunting but when you go out on patrols and other things." She said and looked at Dexter and Deriko with a questioning look. Her fur was different in some areas it change colors with the seasons.

Mando perked up when he heard they were going hunting but hangs his head after what Dexter said". Just because I look different doesn't mean that I can't do the same stuff you can do...mommy's fur is different too and she says there's nothing wrong with that." He said and held his head up high yes he wss different but he was the same old Mando

Deriko frowned a bit. He was only copying his other brother, he didn't really think of Mando. But Dexter didn't appear to want to be friends with Mando......... so maybe he shouldn't? He wasn't sure. He was bad with decisions, so he usually did what Dexter did. But mommy and daddy didn't like what they were doing to Mando......
Deriko turned his head to Mando. "Sorry" he said, meaning it, before turning back to his parents. There, he had apologized. And that was good, right?

Fern sighed and lay down in the cave she shared with Quinekua to rest. She curled up in a ball, drifting further and further until she was standing in her old camp. She heard other wolves barking, laughing, in the distance. Oh no. Not this again.....

Dexter
I growled and nugded Deriko hard, then turned around to Mando and stuck my tounge out "yea, but mommy is fine, she changes colour, but you dont, your wierd" Then I turned to mommy "Daddy can teach us then" I made a puppy face at Daddy, sure that he would teach us instead.

Spencer
I nodded my head encouragingly as Deriko apologised, then looked at Dexter, ushering him to do the same and include his brother for once. I smiled slightly, then my face dropped as Dexter did what Dexter does. I looked at his little puppy face, it was so irrisistable, then I looked at Leku, then Dexter, back and forth back and forth "uh........" I gulped. I didn't want to upset Dexter, but then I didn't want to get into trouble with Lekunai.

Deriko smiled. He had made Daddy happy! So he had done the right thing! But when Dexter shoved him and growled, then was mean to Mando again, he started wondering if he should do the same. It was easier, after all. But.... wait. He couls just not say anything! Yeah, that would work really well! So Deriko didn't say anything, just kept looking at Daddy.

Fern twitched in her sleep and whimpered. No.... why? The other wolves were getting closer... closer.... she wanted to run, but she was frozen to the spot.

Lekunai looked between Spencer and Dexter and sighed then winked at Spencer before looking at Dexter". Yeah he could but even Daddy doesn't know all of my tricks and secrets when it comes to stealth....and I know how Mando is feeling when you two exile him the same thing happened to me when I was your age." She said and moved closer to Spencer as the flash back played in her head she shuddered and licked Spencer's neck.

Mando was surprised by what Dexter said and Mommy. He scooted closer to Dexter and Deriko untill he was in between them so they wouldn't fight". It doesn't matter what color your fur is it's inside you that counts...right Dad." Mando asked his tail wagging happily
