You were born in a lab. Been tested on many times by scientists, and somehow ended up being radioactive. The people at the lab were cruel to you, abusing you and underfeeding you. Eventually, though they had to throw you out, because of the danger of killing everyone in the lab. Your powers are controllable, you can breathe radioactive gas and radiate a field. But even when it is controllable, if you get too mad you might accidentally kill someone. In the risk of being put back in a lab, or killing everyone around you. you have never been in civilization for this matter. Some of your small pack has left you, but there is still a group of us together.
