She moved on silent paws, she walked straight through the Light pack and out towards the borders which where located a few miles away from the light pack. Her stomach was beginning to hurt and she knew that it was time. She jump into a large oak tree with was raised high off the ground and was hollow and very roomy inside. She lay down and gave birth to eight pups.

Blood looked down at the eight pups, she looked at three in paricular. One of then had a disformed leg, the other was blind and deaf, and the other was too small to survive long. She picked them up and tossed them put of the tree, she then turned her back on them. She had no idea that a male light wolf was nreaby.
