star yawned and curled up around her pups

Tyler knew Kora loved Star, so he asked Star, "Hun, d-do you l-like... Kora?" The whole time Tyler thought to himself, 'Please say no... Please say no... PLEASE. SAY. NO!'

star opened her eyes sleepily. " why?", she asked.

Tyler sat up and went around to the front of her, "Becuase! Whenever you and I walk together, he growls at me and gives bad looks." Tyler growled and clenched his teeth. Tyler stood and snapped, "He loves you!" Then he whispered, "A-and I love you..." Tyler dipped his head and walked out of the den, ears flat and eyes closed. His tail hung and was limp.

star was shocked at tylers anger and she curled up at the back of the den with her pups

Tyler sat at the entrance of the den, head bowwed in hatred and sorrow. He was ticked off by Kora, and wanted him out of the pack. But he couldn't. But, one wrong step by Kora, and...

star cleaned her pups before managing to dig a separate den she picked her pups up and curled up inside

Tyler poked his head in again, and barley saw Star, but did a little bit. He walked slowly and sorrowfully back inside. He dipped his head, "Sorry for the outburst, sweetie."

Kora watched in interest as he watched Tyler storm out of the Alpha den in a huff. Kora's ears twisted around like radars as he tried to listen to their conversation, but, he couldn't hear enough. He mumbled slightly, his eyes beginning to close before a sudden rush of energy and tension came through his bones, his eyes became alive and his pupils dialated into tiny orbs. He realized Star was coming into heat, and he would try become her mate. Even if it meant challenging Tyler.
