No, you may not kill anyone. It's impossible. They just respawn in the park.
Yes, you can talk OOC. With parentheses, brackets, double-periods, or tildes.

Make your characters talk using double-apostrophes (or as I like to call them, floaty commas)

Have a Fursona (Just a reminder)
Roleplay often.
Follow the rules.
Only use your character's powers.
Follow the rules of grammar. (The apostrophe goes like this: don't. Not like this: do'nt.)

Force-mate, force-kill, or anything else with forcing.

A beautiful place to relax. Or extreme mountain climb. Whatever floats your boat.
