Kasei no Chi skidded to a halt, frantically looking around for an escape. A male wolf was emerging from a trail just ahead of her, clearly on the lookout for prey. She smirked, though she was still wary.
"Hey there." She grinned slyly, "Interesting place to meet another wolf? Packlander, are you, or just a loner out for a stroll?"

"Okay then." Nyte frowned, wondering what had got the alpha in such a mood. "So where shall we go in the meantime? Anything fun around here?"

Chief's ears perked as he heard a fae talking to him. He smiled as he set eyes on the new wolf. "Hello." He said sweetly. "I'm a packlander." He told her. "I was just out trying to have some thinking time and was kinda hunting half-heartedly." He looked over at her. "What about you?"

West spotted Reaper too, however, she noticed the 'not-so-impressed' look that marred his face, so she presumed he was in one of his 'moods' again. She stopped rather abruptly at the edge of camp, edging towards the bushes. He seemed to be walking out into the forest, that new female in pursuit. She waited for a moment with curiosity before making a haste decision.
"...Maybe we should wait until he returns from whatever it is he's about to do. He's looking moody." She mumured quietly to Nyte, ears forward.

Reaper continued to stride out of camp, unaware of West nor Nyte's presence - only Akira's as she followed.
"There's a lake in the middle of a large clearing not far from here, and not far from that there's a small meadow. If we're going to find prey, looking around those areas gives us our best hopes."

"I think if we work together we could take down a doe if your willing to try." Akira said trying to be happy

"Oh, I'm a loner." She answered perfectly calmly, orange eyes shining with something akin to glee. "Though your lot tend to call me a rogue." Fireborn swished her twin tails, staring defiantly and mockingly at Chief. "Scouting out the enemy territory, of course. Meeting the competition." Her sly grin reappeared. "Finding the best hunting grounds. What you gonna do, packlander?"

"Yeah, sure. Let's go check the stocks." Nyte replied, looking towards the dens where West was heading. He hurried after her. "So what are these for?"

Chief sat and shrugged. He flipped his green bangs out of his eyes and looked at her. "Good luck with that." He told her with an uncaring edge to his voice. "If you attack us, we will rip you to shreads. If you try to hunt on our grounds, you will become the food." He still had an uncaring voice but he bared his teeth.

West stepped inside the Shaman's den, where all the herbs and medicines were kept. She rooted through what they had left as she spoke to the brute.
"Well... these are the Healer and Shaman dens, right? So it makes sense that this is where they keep the roots and berries... and all that stuff they use to mend wounds and injuries." She made several mental notes after discovering that many of the berries and some of the leaves had gone rotten. "The only thing is, we don't really have any Healers at this time, or a Shaman. So... when we need medicines, it's anyone's guess how to use them."

Reaper could sense she was probably trying to make some sort of good impression, even if she did seem a off-ish compared to before.
"I'm willing to try, alright," He suddenly sped up into a fast-paced trot and spoke back with a slight uplifted tone. "The question is, will you be able to keep up?"

Kasei laughed loudly, giving the male a disbelieving look. It was no different to the reception she'd always got, even here. Still, it was fun to wind up the pack-wolves. She narrowed her eyes.
"Ch! You lot, rip me to shreds? I doubt that." The scruffy she-wolf laughed again, baring her teeth and dancing around like an over exuberant pup. "There aren't enough of you to take me."

Nyte nodded in understanding, sniffing tentatively at some of the herbs, only to discover they'd gone off. He wrinkled his nose in disgust, coughing. "Hmm. Seems you need to find one just to keep a regular eye on these plant-things." He stared distrustfully at the other herbs. "Why don't you keep them somewhere cold? They'd stay fresh longer."

Chief laughed. "Oh please! I could take you with one paw." He said with a roll of his eyes. "Now if you'll exuse me, I have no time for petty loners." He told her and walked away.

Fireborn growled deep in her throat, glaring furiously after the retreating form of the male pack wolf. She did not appreciate comments about her strength. She was just as strong as any silly pack wolf! Her strength was... Well, her main strength. She snarled quietly and turned to slip away. Normally she'd start a fight, but this time she wanted to stay under the radar of the pack.
"Ch. I'll get them for that." She muttered maliciously, already planning her next escapade.

Luna flapped her black wings. This seems to be the edge of a territory, she thought. Wonder what territory. She looked around, ears pricked.
